Ordered a week a head for Birthday party. The arrangement was delivered a day early, to large for fridge and would be a day old anyway! No one contacted us that it would be early! Ruined the Birthday Party!Business response

Hello,
I own the Edible store in Nashua, NH. We do not deliver to Lee, NH. This complaint was incorrectly sent to me, as the order was fulfilled by the Salem, NH Edible. Each franchise location is independently owned and operated.

This delivery was made a day earlier because we told the customer that we deliver to LEE NH only on two days of the week and the recipient said that it’s totally fine to have it delivered a day early. This issue has been resolved and there is no further action requiredCustomer response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: No one ever spoke to me ever This order was done online! No kne called me and I never spoke to anyone! I wouldn't have placed the order gad I known! It was a complete failure ruining everything! If they talked to me let them show a phone call or text message! It's impossible they never did! They are liars I hate to use that word but it's all I can say at this point!

I can provide phone records that show I've never even dialed their number the order was placed online. They are liars! No one contacted me I have no missed calls from that area code nor in that time frame from out of state! I will definitely post as much as I can on social media and contact as many local news outlets to show my displeasure! Absolutely atrocious that a business would do blatantly lie about the service they provide! Shamefull
