      On Jan 19 2024 I went to **** the owner of the salon for color and highlights. it was night time so from the front it looked ok but when i went home I looked at my scalp and the color did not take at all and it looked horrible, uneven, wrong color and the highlights did not touch the root. she put a toner shampoo on which washes out so I didn't notice it at very first but when I took a closer look I could see the damage. I spent 250 dollars plus a 30 dollar tip for a botch job. I gave it a few days to see if I could tolerate it but was embarrassed by the color. I called and texted **** who was rude and dismissive and said it was root grow out which is impossible in a short time. she said she would re color it a week later and of course was going to charge me again (this was the second time she did this with a mistake) . I was trying to be nice because I was at her mercy to correct the issue and she completely ignored me, did not correct the problem immediately or refund me which is the correct thing to do. after hours of research and wasted time I found another salon who corrected her mistake and she told me my extensions were placed wrong so now I have to have that corrected as well. I have spent a fortune on **** with horrible results and spent an additional 280 dollars on Jan 27 just days from ****'s appointment. as expected **** argues and denies any wrong doing and tries to blame me as if I am the difficult client. I would like a refund as I have pictures to show pictures of ****'s mistake on my hair and the correction comparison. I have the receipt from the new Salon and can prove I had the same exact service and have had to pay double. I would like to warn other potential clients of this ladies horrible service and lack of professionalism as well as her inability to own her mistakes. I am so upset and disgusted. This is absolutely horrible and she should not be allowed to get away with this as she knows hair is personal for a woman.

      *** complaint is inaccurate as is the chronology of events listed in the complaint.  *** client came to me in October after having another "disaster" (her words) with a previous salon, so there appears to be a pattern to her behavior.  After my first appointment she expressed satisfaction (including a text messages stating that I am "very talented") but also contacted me a couple of days later with issues and requests for changes, which I accommodated.  She returned in December, I performed services, she expresses satisfaction, only to return several days later with issues.  Again, on January 18, 2024, the date of her actual compliant, the client had a bead pull up for Weft hair extensions maintenance, as well as a root touch up and partial highlights, haircut and wash and blow out.  *** services described lasted approximately 90 minutes after which the client expressed satisfaction, made payment and rebooked, all of which are captured on the salon cameras.  *** client texted on January 25 once again expressing issues and requesting correction.  I, once again, accommodated her request and provided her with a follow up appointment to address her concern.  *** client cancelled the appointment.  It was after she cancelled the appointment that she requested a refund, which I denied because I performed services and she expressed satisfaction AND I granted her a new appointment to address her concerns.  She disputed her credit card payment asking for a refund through her credit card company which was denied.  ***re has been no wrong doing on my part, and I have gone over and above to make her happy including follow up appointments after every visit.  To repeat, I do not agree with her complaint and there was no wrong doing on my part.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:  unfortunately **** is Lying. Il here are the pics with my bad hair *************** did and I have the receipt and proof of the other salon I went to have it corrected days later. Of course I would not have **** correctHer mistake because she is not capable and clearly I did not trust her. I was professional and calm paid so I would not cause a scene. It is very difficult and stressful to find another salon immediately but I did but had to pay again for ***** incompetence.  I never said my old hairdresser caused a disaster those are Tonis words I left because she was on maternity leave. **** should lose her license and she is a greedy scammer that takes advantage of clients. Any reputable owner would have offered another stylist or refund the money. I have several other texts regarding ***** work and I sadly gave her another chance but this was a costly and stressful mistake. 
      the pictures of her error are  very clear and the receipt from the other salon is proof as well

      I submitted dates of her charge and the salon I had to find and use to fix her mistake just 10 days later. I submitted pictures as well how is this possible this woman can get away with this? Did the pictures and bank statements come through?  Essentially I wasted 300 dollars and went through h*** in the process  thank you
