      On December 16, 2023, I purchased a medium, red Youth ****** Satin Jacket for my son's Christmas present. The cost of the jacket was $135.00. On January 28, 2024, I went back to the store to request an exchange of the jacket because of the poor-quality product I received. The fabric of the jacket has so many issues, which were presented to the store clerk at the time. She then gave me the phone shown ***************) and requested that I call customer service between Mon - Fri to report the issue. On January 29, 2024, after calling and speaking with *******************, I was requested to email photos of the jacket, along with a copy of the receipt and my shipping address to *********************************** for the replacement jacket. On February 6, 2024, I followed back up with *** and was informed that he would be shipping out a new jacket. On March 3, 2024, I contacted *** again for a status update of the shipment and tracking number but have not received a response. Thus, after contacting Tanger Outlets Customer Support and informing them of my issue, along with the negative reviews concerning this company that I was able to locate online, I was told that I had to contact the company directly and provided a different email address and phone for customer support. I then tried contacting the new number and email on **** 6, 2024, but no one ever answered the phone and the email was undeliverable. I then proceeded to contact ******************* again on March 15, 2024 and told him that "due to the continued delays with resolving this issue, I will proceed with contacting my state attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, and the *** about your services." He immediately responded, "I am trying to find you the jacket in the medium I do have the green ****** Street-:", in which I informed him to proceed with shipping that color jacket and provide me with the tracking number. I then contacted ******************* again on March 22nd, 27th, & 29th, but received no response back.

      I ordered from All Star Elite on 12/21/23 a basketball jersey (Irish ********************************* Basketball Jersey) in the amount of $141.65 as a gift for a friend. The order # is ********. I have not received this product as of this date. I have called and e-mail numerous times. The number for the business connects you to an automated message and then disconnects. I feel this business is a scam and would like a refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

      Bought items on 1/05/24 on the website. My order never arrived its been 3 weeks. Ive called over 300 times i kid you not. They don't answer the phone. When I finally get in contact with someone from their email address they try to tell me I can't get a refund. But they made sure to let me know my items were out of stock. How does that work how can you sell something on a website that is already out of stock? I will do whatever it takes to get a refund I don't care. I have all the time in the world to sit here and email and call until I get my refund. This is utterly ridiculous that they won't send me my refund. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T SEND OUT A REFUND!!!!! GIVE ME A REFUND!!!!!!

      Ordered a total of 6 items from this company with 3 of them being delivered on time and to the correct address.....3 jerseys Franco Harris (2) and a Tweeder (1) were claimed to have been delivered with a picture of a incorrect porch. Ups sent out two investigators who agreed it was incorrect location and then CLOSES the investigation as DELIVERED.....Blatant lie.....I want a full refund or product and I want UPS and All Star Elite held accountable......Obviously these were holiday presents and never arrived.....This is unacceptable as I have ordered a TON from all-star elite in the past.

      I have ordered from all star elites at least five or six times and I never had this kind of problem with them before this time when I ordered I never got a confirmation a tracking number or anything. It’s been almost a month now I have called and emailed them at least 20 30 times. I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on with this company is there going out of business or what very bad customer service no service at all I just want my jacket that I paid for.

      After the FIFA World cup ended in Dec 2022, I placed an online order with All Star Elite for a soccer jersey. With shipping, it was about 100 dollars. I never received the order that I was excited about. Today is July 2023, I am still trying to get the product (all star elite web currently showing 2 of that jersey are available) or a full refund. So frustrating and disappointing to be told that they have a strict no refund, no exchange policy...wow! So, they just want to keep the money for a product that was never shipped and that they tell me they are out of, while continuing to sell the sold out product without offering any refunds ever. Yeah, right. Nobody keeps my money and I will get it back, well it has been 8 months and they are liars. Buyer beware of these scammers. Award winner for the most terrible customer service and blatant disregard for ethics. ALL STAR ELITE IS CORRUPT. DON'T DO IT. THEY ARE SELLING INVENTORY THEY DON'T HAVE. THEY WON'T OFFER A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT YOU NEVER GOT. YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE AN ITEM YOU NEVER RECEIVED. THAT IS THEIR STRICT POLICY. THEY GET HARD EARNED MONEY, YOU GET NOTHING EXCEPT FRUSTRATION AND LOST TIME. ALLSTARELITE.COM never, ever, ever again. Don't trust the website, the warehouse, the staff, or their locations. Ruthless takers with nothing to give. No inventory control. No remorse. No business sense. No repeat customers. Their well will run dry and your money will be lost. ALLSTARELITE.COM PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM, STRICT POLICY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY AND WHAT ARE YOU GOING DO TO ABOUT IT? I don't give up, even when I probably should. It's way more than the loss of $100 at this point. Meaning, the sheer principle of it all. I will figure it out, eventually. I want my product or I want my money back and I will stop them from continuing to sell that out of stock jersey. They took advantage of an event and are still doing it nearly a year later. How are they even still operating? THUMBS DOWN!!!!

      I ordered a jacket and the website let me order it. 2 weeks have gone past and it’s sitting saying it’s not been fulfilled. I ask for an update and they tell me days later that it is out of stock. They don’t offer any refunds and I have to pick something else from their site. I really don’t want anything else and I just don’t think it’s fair the site let me order and they never reached out to me to tell me they didn’t have any more in stock. I don’t want anything else off the site and they refuse to give me a refund. I wouldn’t have had to ask for one if they had the product in stock like the website said it did.

      Fresh Prince medium baseball Jersey: Price $75.00 Shipping: $10.64 Total: $91.85 Date of transaction April 18, 2023 They sent an email May 14, 2023 that my item was shipped. I still haven’t received anything. I called the store and they told me they didn’t ship it and that my size is not in stock but they can send me a small instead. I said no thank you can I have my money back? They said no refund policy. I said tell the manager to give me a call, haven’t heard back from anyone. Unfortunately, the amount of negligence on their part cannot go unnoticed. I had to call them, they weren’t even going to give me a call or an update and they lied via email saying they had shipped the item, both to my email and the SHOP Application linked to their online services. It’s been over 2 months, I don’t trust this company’s online service and feel they are trying to bully me out of my money.

      On Monday April 24, 2023 @ 6:45 PM bought a Dragon Ball Z printed T-Shirt from All Star Elite. A 2nd T was offered at 1 dollar more. The clerk bagged the shirts, I took them home. Upon closer look the stitching around both shirt collars are defective. I went back to the store on Tuesday April 25th around 6 PM. The clerk stated he did not have the code to enter into the register to refund money. I explained that i wanted to exchange the shirts. Bad for good. Said he couldn't do that either. I again showed him the missed stitches and he stated that the shirts were not like that. He bagged them himself and they were not like that when he bagged them. The sales slip tells us we have a 15 day exchange policy. Both shirts are new with tags attached. (As seen in Pics.) 1 Dollar tee defect is hard to resolve but it is missing stitches on inside. Refund or replacement for the 55 Dollar Dragon Ball Z shirt with another non-defective Dragon Ball Z shirt only. The 1 dollar shirt can be exchanged with another similar T- Shirt.
