On April 22nd I had booked a party with Funcity Salem NH for my daughters 3rd birthday party. At 230pm. The kids had a great time jumping and it wasn’t until the last half hour that issues arose. My party host was supposed to page the children at 4pm. A page never came across so I myself started gathering the children to come back to the room while looking for my host. By 410 a page went out for my guest to come back to the room. You only get party room for 30 minutes. ( hardly enough time for pizza and cake) one of my party guests ( a 9 year old) came back to the room with a swollen, red eye. When she had been asked what happened she informed us that she had accidentally been hit by a staff member. I approached the manager and had asked why their employee didn’t report the incident right away. A different employee ( a young man) started getting aggressive with me. I in return started getting aggravated and offensive In response. An apology was never given to myself of my guest that got injured. The employee that had gotten aggressive was even pulled away by another employee. The security guard even came over towards the end of the confrontation. Now our pizzas are in the room ( late by the way it’s now 410pm) the host didn’t bring plates, napkins or even drinks in the room. I again have to go to the front to request plates and drinks for my party guests. They offer me 15 extra minutes in the room for their mistakes. At the end of the party the host apologizes for her errors. We left the establishment and I realized I never got the 5$ arcade cards for the kids at my party . These cards are included in the party package that I purchased. I call funcity and I am told that I can go back and get the arcade cards but I didn’t want to step foot I. There again. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that I was aggressive with the employees and that the male employee never got aggressive with me according to the security guard that was there. The report is all lies.

On May 1, 2022 at 4:10pm I paid FunCity of Salem, NH $554 for my son’s first birthday party. FunCity committed to provide an hour of jump time (which my guests did not receive as the “host” was still setting up table cloths during the time my guests should’ve been checked in) due to the party before me running late. In addition, due to the party before us ran late so we did not get out full party room time as we needed to leave bc there was a party booked behind us. Once the host brought the pizzas to the room, which he never told me they arrived and it was not announced over the intercom either, I never saw him again. I was promised a host would be with us or readily available to us the entire party. He was nowhere to be found. He was supposed to hand out ice creams to my guests but we never received our ice creams as promised in the package. One of my biggest complaints and concerns was while my toddler guests were jumping, a fight broke out between two older boys where my guests were jumping. One of the boys bumped into my guests while physically fighting the other boy. I tried to let the manager know but she was extremely unprofessional and would not listen to me or make eye contact. She disregarded everything I had to say. I also was complaint about the heat in my room as it felt like it was 90 degrees. I was told they turned the air on but collectively, my guests and I agreed it wasn’t any cooler throughout the entire time we were there. Anyway, I contacted FunCity to let them know that I never received my ice creams and for 15 kids who I paid to jump, they refunded $4.66. That is not enough to buy 15 ice creams even at market basket!!! I was also told I could no longer visit the location due to my complaints of the room, the lack of jump time and missing ice creams. I will no longer visit this establishment. Neither myself, my guests or the birthday boy enjoyed their time there. I am seeking a refund for sale ID *****. Thank you!! I paid $54 for extra pizzas
