      The day I bought this truck, they put an inspection sticker on it with NO LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS, a tail light out, and a smashed dome light. It's been back multiple times to be "fixed" but each time, the mechanic fixes one out of the 3 problems. Its been about 2 months, this truck is over heating, the lights are constantly blowing out, and my salesman, Connor, has stopped responding to my messages on the 30th day of the warrantee. I feel like I was lied to, and taken advantage of. I spent alot of money on an unreliable truck, that shouldn't have passed inspection until these issues were fixed. It's overheating every day now. I want this dealership to get me in a more reliable truck at no extra cost

      Mr. ****** did have a couple of small issues right after he purchased his truck which Mastriano Motors repaired at no cost to him. Mastriano Motors was surprised to see this complaint and contacted Mr. ****** to set up a time to take care of this new issue that had arisen and told him he should have just called us so we could have helped him. Mr. ****** agreed and is bringing his vehicle in for Mastriano Motors to evaluate. Mr. ****** is a great guy and we at Mastriano Motors are more than happy to help him.

      We purchased a 2015 Denali that was deleted, we knew the condition and went over details of vehicle, we asked for car fax and never received one. The sales man told us when purchasing the truck that he promised it only had one owner and was only used as a work truck and never in any accidents. After looking into what dealers would give us for the truck they provided us with information we were not given so we decided to run a car fax. After running the car fax we got the information this truck has had 4 owners in different states and been in 3 different accidents so we reached out to the company and when reaching out to speak with us they stated their employee would not have lied and we need to deal with it. We are highly upset because we were lied to and didn’t receive the car fax there we asked for and now are not getting a solution from the business, we asked if they would buy the truck back he said no because it’s been in an accident which was shocking because they sold it that way when asking him why he sold it then he just kept stating all truck have been in an accident.

      *** ****** came to the dealership on Feb 11th 2023 looking to trade his 2015 Chevy 2500. After looking at our inventory ********* fell in love with a 2015 GMC Denali 2500 that had just recently come in. It was late Saturday when he decided to move forward with the purchase. Mastriano Motors does not use car fax however offers similar information from a company called Auto Check. After receiving this complaint Mastriano Motors ran the Auto Check report which showed 3 owners one being *** ****** and one accident back in 2017. The vehicle was in Great running order and in excellent physical condition at the time of sale. *** ****** was never told the truck was a one owner at any time. He was told the truck was adult owned and maintained. As stated above *** ****** traded a 2015 Chevy 2500 which he had just purchased and had negative equity due to it being purchased from another dealer so recently. *** ****** was at yet another dealer trying to trade the vehicle he purchased from Mastriano Motors 6 months later causing more negative equity due to trying to trade the vehicle so early in his loan repayment process. We feel ********* wanting for us to repurchase the vehicle may be from going to another dealer to trade it in and finding a negative equity situation from trading 2 expensive vehicles in less than 1 year. *** ****** was treated with kindness and respect throughout the whole sales process by Mastriano Motors as we do all our customers per company policy.

      I purchased a vehicle from Mastriano Motors around 10 months ago and it has been nothing but a issue. It has been in and out of my mechanic atleast once a month. When I bought the vehicle I also purchased a powertrain warranty(without that Warrenty I would not have bought the truck) but it ended up completely breaking down and needs a new engine or a engine overhaul. I called the warranty company and tried to file a claim, but it turns out that Mastriano never sent then the funds (I have proof of purchase and warranty contack) I am very fed up with dealing with Mastriano. I have tried to sum up this situation as best as I possibly can. I hate dealing with them they are a bunch of crooks and have been trouble since day one. If I could get a call back at *** *** **** I can explain a little better on what this whole situation is because I'm leaving alot out. If you could get back to me asap that would be greatly appreciated because now I have no transportation to and from work and have to rely on others. Thank you very much and I'm sorry for so much complaining but there's definitely some shady things going on with mastriano.

      I have spoken with **** regarding this unfortunate situation. I will start off by saying that 2 months after **** purchased the truck he said there was an oil leak that he was unsure of the origin of the leak. I advised him to bring it to me to so our service department could evaluate it. When it got here I pointed out and documented the fact that the rear tires (which were new when we delivered the truck) were missing a good amount of tire tread, and after looking inside the wheel wells there was a large layer of rubber which confirms that there were burnouts that caused this. After bringing that up to **** he laughed and said he was at a party and people pressured him to do the burnouts. 

      Regarding this most recent issue, he stated "his mechanic" has done a bunch of work to the truck, I'm 100% confident that the work performed by "his mechanic" has lead to the current issue. I spoke with **** on Wednesday and the truck was supposed to be towed to ******* Auto in ******* to be diagnosed. As far as I know **** has taken a different path.
