I purchased a ****** Nest Wifi and two point set on Amazon with RocketDrop as the third-party seller in December. I reached out to Amazon to get RocketDrop's contact number on 1/26 and received *************. I called that evening and left a message with the issue. On 1/31 I still had not received a call back from RocketDrop so I called and left a second message for RocketDrop. Then I looked up RocketDrop customer service online and found the number *************. I called it five separate times that day and no matter which number I chose, or even if I chose no number, the phone would hang up on me and I could not do anything further. 1/31 was the final day for any returns/refunds for Amazon, I reached out to Amazon again to let them know my troubles in reaching RocketDrop and to see what could be done. The person I spoke with via chat stated that they contacted RocketDrop and someone with RocketDrop would contact me within 48 hours. I confirmed with them that even though 48 hours would put me past my refund/return window, they assured me since I reached out already, it would be fine. Today, 2/2 I still have not heard from RocketDrop. I called again and left a message informing them I would be contacting BBB. I also contacted Amazon again, who was no help and kept telling me that I was past the return/refund window and there was nothing they could do. I would prefer to have the items that I ordered which is the Nest Wifi and two points; however, as I need the internet for my work and we already have the ****** Wifi set up and it is working as intended, I would be fine with just receiving a refund of the difference in price between the ****** Wifi and the Nest Wifi. Additionally, I purchased the item when RocketDrop was having a sale, so the sale price for the ****** Wifi would need to be determined before the difference between the two could be figured out as full price for the ****** Wifi is less than I paid for the sale price of the Nest Wifi.Business response
