On 7/2/24, I placed an order for 10 boxes of [Product Name] and was charged the full amount of $1510.20 However, upon receiving the shipment, I discovered that only 9 boxes were delivered. The shipping notification also confirmed that only 9 boxes were sent.One box of the product was never sent, despite my having paid for 10 boxes. I have made several attempts to contact The Gunners Outlet to resolve this issue, including multiple emails and numerous phone calls, but I have not received any response.I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the failure to deliver the complete order. I have no other means of contacting the company as they have not responded to my attempts.I kindly request the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking either the immediate delivery of the missing box or a refund for the undelivered product. Enclosed are copies of the order confirmation, shipping notification, and my attempts to contact the company.Business response

I'm attaching screenshot of the conversation with the customer where we offered refund for the missing product and the customer replied with confirming that the refund is ok. Attached is the refund receipt.

I would like to point out additional information that can reveal what's the purpose of this claim. If you look at the date of the chargeback on the first page of the document I'm attaching, it says 7-18-24. The customer communicated with our customer support on 7-16-24 and we sent the refund receipt on 7-16-24. He filed a chargeback two days after receiving the refund. At this point I'm pretty sure this is our competition trying do damage our image. Let me know if you have any other questions.
