Signed a contract with Robert on 6/25/21 for construction on our patio. We paid him a $3,750 cash deposit. When work finally began in September, it became apparent that he did not order all the materials. He installed stairs that were smaller than what we agreed on in the contract. He did not order the wall block we agreed upon in the contract either. When we showed him the contract again, he stopped work to locate the wall block and send a team to pick it up in Connecticut. We were told on Friday that the team was in a car accident and couldn't be by that day as promised. Weeks went by. When he sent someone to pick up some of their equipment, that person didn't know about the accident and said the team had Covid. We asked repeatedly if he would finish the job and were always told it would be next week. We asked for our money back or an itemized invoice for the work completed, but have received no response. He left us with a gravel pit instead of a patio.Initial Complaint

Paid $3750 deposit for a landscape project and they never followed through nor have they returned our money despite several requests and promises they would send a refund
