    On Nov. 6 2023 we agreed to purchase a 2024 Hyundai ****** (vin # *****************) The invoice # ******(attached) shows the details, including total owed of $13569.00. In our discussion with their rep he showed 2 options, i.e. pay the full amount of $13569.00 or make 4 payments and the total cost would be $10569 + interest. (we swear by our signatures below that this is what we were told and shown in writing ,a comparison of the 2 options) We made the 4 payments because we believed and trusted *******'s word. This comparison was not true. We met with Granite Hyundai sales manager and 1 other on March 7 2024 and were told they said 4 payments and the final cost would be$10569.00 nor did they show us the comparison. They said the video and paper records show no evidence that this occurred. We are not stupid enough to believe that video and paper can't be altered to show what you want them to show. We clearly recall what we were told and shown. Why would make the 4 payments if we not told that was necessary. Considering the Granite rep's ******** I believe I detected a "body language" that showed less than truthful. I provide the following to show my abilities to read "body language" . After I retired from the shipyard , I started my own business (Total Quality Dimensions) which provide information and seminars on Strategic Planning and Continuous Quality Improvement. For 18 years I delivered these services to numerous companies and corporations in ******* and ******. An extremely important ability was reading " body Language". The resolution we seek is refund the interest paid on these 4 payments. Th attached payment shows the interest paid. **** Adams____________03/11/2024 **** Adams____________03/11/2024

    I bought a ****** from this location under the previous owners. They sold me the vehicle knowing it had engine problems and needed brakes. They knew there was an option to get the vehicle fixed and they didnt tell me about it and now it will cost me thousands of dollars. The company has new ownership yet the sales person who sold me the car is still there. As I mentioned before he sold me the car when he KNEW it had serious problems, he clearly lacks integrity and the fact that he is still there shows lack of integrity of the new owners.
