    We have been looking for a vehicle many months now for our daughter to drive. We shared that with the sales associate, Dan. He said they purchase the vehicles from auction, they put a price on them and when the vehicles are purchased, they run them through the shop and make all the necessary repairs. Dan said they don't buy any parts until the vehicle is purchased. This is important when you read the thread of emails between them and I below (in order from recent to oldest). Dan told us in person, when they get the parts in, it is usually about two weeks for final repairs to be made and then ready for pick up. They ordered parts for a vehicle we wanted to purchase, they sent me and email confirming they ordered the parts for the vehicle we wanted to purchase, and then sold this same vehicle to someone else. You will notice my follow email was at 9/24/21 @ 6:10pm and they didn't even tell me until 9/25/21 @ 3:49pm. So when exactly were they going to notify me they sold a car out from underneath me?
    One would think who has connected brain cells, that a car is missing from the small lot AND due to the small lot, one would be on top of paperwork for buyers as most of the day had passed and they replied early evening from an email that was generated the evening before. In case it comes up, an excuse can not be made they thought maybe the car was just in the shop area and that is how it was not noticed by Dan. I went through the shop area to use the bathroom when we visited. It is a small shop area which is connected to the office area. Needless to say, based on this interaction, we will not be purchasing anything from their company. I am extremely disappointed in their business practice.

You made sure to tell me you ordered parts and it would take about two weeks but you couldn't put a notation in your system to reach out to the potential buyers that YOU set up to purchase this car if others in your office needed buyer info? I am not impressed. Offering $300-400 is actually insulting. My daughter was looking forward to this being her first vehicle and us taking time to review info on the car with our mechanic and auto body place here, given the pics I took and the ones you sent.     I do apologise, this car has been sold. I know I have been working with you on it, however when you said you were interested I failed to get a deposit on the car to secure it. My boss did not know and sold it the next day while I was off. I literally just found out today... I am sorry, this sort of thing rarely, if ever happens, and wondered by chance if there were any other cars in my inventory that may interest you? I would be willing to discount the dealer fees which would save you about 300-400 dollars on any vehicle.

I just contacted 3 different banks for rates, loan durations, and what they need us to provide to them. I will get back to you as soon as possible with complete info. I know we discussed about fixing the glass mirror part on the driver side and a couple other things you knew off the top of your head but you mentioned you still having to run it through the shop for any repairs before we pick it up. If you could let me know roughly how long that may take and also what needs to fixed/what was fixed. One bank down the road from our work stated they are out Monday however if I have the info they need (invoice & paystubs), she could process it on Tuesday (if we plan on going ahead with this loan). I am waiting for the other two banks to reply as I sent them emails.
