    I have been trying to get a simple receipt for a month now. Promise after promise every week. I even waited for 1/2 in the office just for the receipt. To no avail. Again with a promise to e-mail my receipt that day. I can't get reimbursed from my insurance company without it. I don't know what to do. I have called and called and called. Promise after promise after promise. I have paid in full and for whatever reason they do not want to give me a receipt.

    We cannot provide a receipt until a transaction is completed. This transaction began on January 24th and was completed on January 31st, when the balance was paid. As you are aware I am the only person running the front of the office as our full time employee has cancer, and our part time employee moved to Concord just as the pandemic started. I also do not have an electronic medical system - we have paper charts and I write each personalized receipt on Word. Each receipt takes - give or take - 20 minutes not counting any interruptions. I need to have accurate information regarding money, and I also have to have accurate codes and descriptions for insurance purposes. It's a tedious process. I also attempted emailing the 2 separate receipts 3 days before the 14th, but I had an incorrect email and I was at home so I didn't have your number until we were back at the office on the 14th. I understand that intentions are not promises kept, and I apologize that my intentions were not kept. I failed to do what I had hoped, and I always try to do my best for our customers. I promised you I would dance a jig on ice if I didn't email you Friday night. When I spoke with you on Monday I told you that I did the jig - even though it was only a few seconds - on the ice right out in front of the office. We really appreciate that you purchased through us, and that our usual and customary prices with our courtesy discount came so close to the price using your insurance plan would have been. I hope we saved you some money in the long run.
