Complete scumballs!Buy at your own risk.Ordered 10 boxes and quickly received 7 full boxes and 1 partial. They looked old and dirty. No inner packing to support the boxes. The outer box looked like someone sat on it - but it was still completely sealed.When I complained, the owner(?) said to send photos and he'd file a claim with Fed Ex - passing the buck. It wasn't Fed Ex's fault.I asked for a partial refund, no reply from him.Review from Ed B

Ordered a case from them very late Monday, and I didn't get a shipping label from them so I went to check the reviews here and saw a lot of 1/5 stars. Immediately I got upset and was going to file a dispute on my card the following day. Later that night I got an email from Vizards with the shipping - was still skeptical that I'd receive it (because of the reviews here), and this morning at 10AM I got the package. Very fast shipping, received the package in excellent condition with all items checked and accounted for, and the price that I got was the best I could find locally/online. Very pleased with the result, seems like they corrected whatever the problem was.Review from Eric W

No stars should be allowed, I really wish I would have read reviews on this so called company. No communication or tracking, had to have card company involved, they send half the order and I have no idea when other half is coming. What they sent looks old, boxes taped and torn all rounds were loose. I have never ever had an awful experience such as this. Stay far away, you have been warned. This place shouldn't be doing business, they're bad at it.Review from Lance E

I bought a gun from them on GunBroker. They said it would ship in 1-3 business days. After over a week, I still hadn't heard from them so I reached out to ask if there was anything they still needed from me. Heard nothing for another 4 days after which they said it would ship in 1-2 days. A few days later they said they wouldn't ship my gun to the FFL I had chosen because he was a residential FFL dealer and had no store front. All of this was false and none of it was mentioned in the sale details. I asked for a couple days to find another FFL that would meet their criteria. They canceled my sale less than 24 hours after I asked this and relisted the gun for $80 more. it is clear that they decided they could get more money for the gun so they made up a reason to not fulfill their end of our deal. Very shady business practice. I would avoid them at all costs.Review from Eric G

Can't get anyone on the phone for a week, voice-mail was full and not accepting messages. Now they want to charge me 15% for an order they did not fulfill. They didn't start processing it, I would know because I'm the FFL, they didn't even know they had ffl info for a whole week to even start processing order. Now they want to charge cancelation for an item they probably didn't have in stock.Review from Robert O

I have made several purchases from Vizards, mosr recent was bulk 22, when it came in my wife saw the invoice and said that was a great deal, and I ordered the same amount again. Love this company

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for a firearm listed as in stock on June 20th. Their website advertises in stock items ship out within 3 days. Almost a month went by and the firearm never shipped out. Simply getting someone on the phone is a chore. When I finally did I was reassured it was shipping out by end of week, then the goal post got moved another week, then I was told "oh our warehouse was closed for a whole week, it should be shipped out Monday", I waited until the following Friday and still nothing. I was finally told I can either keep waiting or they can cancel the item so I opted to cancel it and order the same gun from a local retailer. Several weeks go by and they never refunded my credit card despite me calling them multiple times for a status. I opened a dispute with the credit card company and now they are trying to charge me a 15% restocking fee on an item they never shipped to me and which was likely not actually in stock. I wish I saw the multiple other negative reviews about this exact business practice prior to placing my order. This has been nothing but a $1200 headache for 2 months now.Review from Rick H

Due to very pour customer service and feedback I canceled my order. Vizards will not answer phone or email me with confirmation. Have called & emailed several times. At this point, if they charge my account, I will stop payment . Good luck if you buy from them.Vizard's Guns and Ammo LLC Response

I ordered a Henry rifle from them $1849. They said it would ship within 10 business days. Three weeks later I got an e-mail stating it would ship in a week, obviously they did not have it in stock as advertised. The said I could cancel the order if I didnt want to wait, I cancelled the order. The next day the rifle was listed for sale, and listed as IN STOCK for $200 more. I dont like dealing with liars.
