      I rented a musical instrument from this business by way of an online order placed Friday June 17, 2022. On June 18, I was charged $239.80 (3 month advance rental fee ($69.95 x 3) plus a $29.95 shipping) prior to shipment. On June 20, an additional, separate charge of $300 for a required deposit, noted on the order as refundable upon return of the instrument. The instrument delivered June 23 and was available for my use. Although the initial 3-month rental period should have concluded no sooner than 9/18 on the anniversary of the order, the business began charging my credit card recuring monthly amounts of $69.95 about 2-3 weeks in advance of 9/18, with the first recuring charge on 9/2. This continued, always charging a couple of weeks before reaching the start of the period I was being charged for. I shipped the instrument back via UPS to the business on January 4, 2023, and the shipment delivered to the business on 1/9/23, terminating my rental 9 days before the end of the period I had paid through. My complaints are: 1) the business continues with $69.95 charges, at this point 3 charges since the rental ended. The charge dates are 1/11/23, 2/4/23, and today 2/9/23. 2) The business has not returned my $300 deposit as stated in the agreement. 3) The business will not respond to any communications I have attempted by email and phone.

      I ordered an E-flat Clarinet & paid 3 month's rental fee up front on Jan 11, 2023. I paid $139. I've called, emailed over and over again with no re-ply and still no instrument. Then on Jan 17th, 2023, our card is charged $100 for no reason. We are contacting our credit card company and filling a fraud claim on this business. These people should not be in business.

      On 01/03/2023, I made an online transaction to rent a musical instrument from MusicRentalCentral.com. The following day, I realized that my transaction was duplicated and I was charged $119.75 for two identical transactions. Order Number ****** and ******. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, left voicemail and used the website's online message portal. I originally asked for one of the orders to be cancelled, but since I have had no reply at all I would like to cancel both orders and receive a refund. Since no attempt has been made to reach out to me by the vendor, I have lost faith in the them. I have had no communication from the vendor since the automated online order acknowledgement.

      I rented an instrument through the website on 10/27/22. My card was charged the agreed amount of $419.70 on 10/28/22. Per the email receipt (attached), I expected to receive tracking information within a day or two, and delivery in 2-4 business days. I contacted the company on 11/14 by email. I received no response. I reviewed the receipt and found a link requesting additional financial information from me. I filled out the online form on their secure website and waiting a couple additional days. 11/22/22 I emailed customer service and left a voicemail at their customer service number. I received no response. 11/29/22 I called again and left a voicemail. No response. 12/1/22 I left another voicemail requesting them to provide tracking information immediately or to refund my money. The item was needed by a certain time and did not arrive. It is no longer needed. 12/8/22 I left another voicemail requesting for a refund of my money as the time period I needed the item is over and they did not provide the item. I have still received no response from the company at all.

      I placed an on-line order to Music Rental Central to rent a musical instrument, and on November 18, 2022, they charged my credit card $299.80 for the first three months rent, including shipping cost. They gave me order # ****03. On November 23, they charged my credit card $400.00 deposit. I have received no information concerning shipping and have received no response to multiple emails and phone calls. Can you help me get my money back?
