Deposit and contract signed in fall of 2021, materials deposit made in spring of 2022 to get in their schedule, Multiple phone calls and emails unanswered. If you don't mind a company sitting on over 15k for almost 2.5 years go ahead and use ****'s not affordable roofing ,as the job never was completed and we are still waiting on money back or the so called materials that they say they purchased.

Was told my roof would be done by December of 2021. It was not. Not only that but they didn't call or let me know. It's been almost a year and still not done. I left many messages with no return call. When I do get a hold of them It's nothing but excuses. Now I have to go to a lawyer to get my deposit back. Stay away from this place!

Quote presented to my General Contractor (GC) dated March 3, 2021). Quote shows a project cost of $35,995 and required deposit of $17,995. Contract showed a projected end of May/mid-June installation time. Contract was signed and returned along with the $17,995 deposit in the form of a check. GC was contacted by the company in mid-July and told that the materials necessary to do the contracted job would be ordered and received within the following week and installation started and completed within two weeks of material receipt. A week later, GC was instead contacted by the company and was told that the job that quoted in March and sat on for four months was suddenly determined to be "too big' and that the company would not honor the contract/quote and was opting out of the contract. The original Deposit check, which was apparently sat on for four months and never cashed, was subsequently returned as presented four months ago. This unexpected decision cost both time and money and has held up continuation of the project and other work from being completed in a timely manner. In fact it has set the job back approximately 4 weeks and prevented further work from being done on that part of the house which was scheduled based on the call indicating that materials would be purchased and the job completed as quoted and agreed.
