      I basically have a brand new tractor and its dead in my driveway it starts but will not go in reverse and very slow forward to make a long story short I called MB tractor and was told they could not even pick it up for a week and yes I have full insurance coverage the last time I called they would not even pick the tractor up cause it was not running. There are many more issues with the tractor and its very poor quality and performance its a 2380. This is a farm I cant have this STICK WITH A DEERE and stay away from MB tractor and their useless warrantys. I called my local mechanic to fix the orange junk with 40 hours

      Technician for the tow of Sunapee after dropping off our fs3680 due to it stopped moving I was told they could not look at it for 30 days after waiting thirty days was told they don't know when they can work on it and they would just be returning it in boxes worst service department in the industry

      Don't buy tractors here once it gets brought to your house and you sign a paper they will not let you return the product even if it's a lemon which a lot of these tractors are lemons nuts and bolts fall out of them the stuff is not rated to do what they claim it's capable of so do not feed into the Malarkey they feed you about how the tractors will do this and that because usually they're not even rated what they're claiming they can do

      I contacted MB Tractor & Equipment in Tilton, NH to purchase a snowblower for my Kubota tractor. Most of my communication was through email with the Sales Manager Art G******. On 10/13, he stated that he would pull the parts and write up an invoice with the details. I requested a copy of the invoice so as not to be surprised by the total cost after driving 2+ hours one way to pick it up on 10/20. On 10/18, after several days with no response from Mr. G******, I left a message on his voicemail. No return call. On 10/19, I called again and left a message with Kamal who stated Mr G****** was training. I explained the situation. He informed me that they had the snowblower in stock and if I didn't get a call back from Mr. G******, I could call him and he'd help me. Mr. G****** called about an hour later. He stated he would pull the parts, write up the invoice, and email it to me. 10 minutes later he called back to tell me, he was sorry, that they didn't have the snowblower in stock and none of the other 9 locations had one either. His words were "getting it is like a moving target". My whole family started calling other Kubota dealers in search of one in stock, my sister contacted the MB Tractor Conway, NH location not knowing it was a branch of the Tilton store. She spoke with Alan. He said they didn't have one in stock, however, there was one available at one of their other locations that he could transfer. My sister asked Alan if Tilton had one and he said yes they did. Whether or not the attachment Alan intended to transfer was in Tilton doesn't matter. Mr. G****** clearly made a personal decision not to make a $4000 sale, was dishonest about availability at other locations and blew any chance of a return customer. Fortunately, I was able to locate one at Townline Equipment. Eric was fantastic! Within 20min I received the invoice, I paid for it and I will be picking it up next week. I will never do business with MB Tractor & Equipment nor will I recommend them. My experience is with the Sales Manager, Art G****** That experience is not a reflection on Kamal or Alan, they acted appropriately.

      due to problems in the supply chain of inventory it has become a challenge to know what equipment is readily available from day to day. Having 9 stores complicates things even more. At times it will take 24 to 48 hours for a sale or initials of a sale to be properly placed on a unit allocating it to a specific customer or build. To efficiently handle customer needs on a first-come-first -serve basis we have gone to a production list to be able to allocate machines that have not yet arrived to customers in the order in which they were taken.
      In short one store does not see if the machine was sold that day by another salesman to another customer...it may take a day or two to make sure the correct corresponding parts are available to complete the build or the sale. It is then when the initials are put on the unit to allocate it to a customer.

      do to supply chain issues it has become difficult for salesmen in separate stores to see actual availability on whole goods that are showing in stock at specific stores from day to day. Our inventories are so low that we have gone to a production list for each model to be able to satisfy customer needs in a first come first serve basis. It may take up to a couple days for a salespersons initials to be placed on a sold piece. We need to make sure all parts are available to complete the build or sale before placing sold initials on a piece.
      In short the snow blower appeared to be available when it had already begun the sales process for another customer but had not been confirmed.
      We are sorry to need to operate this way but this is the situation we are in.

      I understand supply chain. MB Tractor's response does not apply to my experience. The salesman stopped communicating altogether and not once from the 13th-19th did he look at the supply chain. He dropped the ball and chose for the business to lose a sale. Since this occurred I've looked at other reviews online for this particular location and others are sighting similar experiences to my own. There's an opportunity for this store to recognize its mistake and note how they'll improve for the next customer but instead they choose to make excuses.
