I have Argent Communications. Internet only. I PAY for15 MB .I have never received 15mbs and also the internet cuts cuts out every 15 minutes. Then comes back on .They always promise to fix it that never happens ***** ******Business response

The service is "up to 15mbs" and that speed is measured while hard wired at the modem. We have no control of other factors that may affect WiFi service inside a home.
This is our first complaint from this customer and received several obsenity laden calls in a very short timeframe very late Saturday night on the 3rd. Our CSR returned his phone call Sunday morning, during her holiday weekend and scheduled a tech to come out Tuesday the 6th. Customer emailed Monday and cancelled our service call stating his internet was working just fine.
