I hired Levesque Land Management to install a gravel driveway (sure-pac) which also included the ground under a double carport. The driveway seems fine but the ground under the carport was not done correctly. It looks totally different than the driveway and mud is constantly forming. Apparently there is a mat that gets placed in the ground upon installation and Levesque told us that a mat was not used under the carport as they claimed we did not need it. I am not sure if that is the issue but could be the cause of the problem. We have tried to contact Levesque three times; twice by text (and also attached a video to show the problem), and once by phone call leaving a voicemail message. They have not replied to any of our requests. We paid a total of $3,867.00. We would like this issue corrected or given a refund in order to hire someone else to fix it.
