              They do not care about the customer. Once you've signed the contract you are no longer important. They do not care about the warranty! I purchased a 3540 Mahindra tractor with cab for the sake of heat and A/C. I have a brain injury from being blown up in Iraq, and need to keep my body temperature as close to norm as possible, which means I need to stay in the A/C in the hot summer days, or not use my tractor. Have not been able to use my tractor a lot lately, due to the fact that Knoxland Equipment is incapable of tracking down the A/C problem. (Incompetence at it's best) A/C problems started as soon after the tractor was delivered. They have yet to find the problem, but because it's been over two years they tell me it's up to me to pay for this ongoing issue. They have never "Fixed" the long-term issue and should still be covered under the warranty! I would never have purchased this tractor if I knew they were going to treat me like this. They will NOT take care of the veterans or the clients after you make a purchase. Beware this company! Should have bought that John Deer! They will rob you if you believe the crap they spew. Stay away from Knoxland.

              ******* did have issues with his A/C that have been covered under warranty, even after the tractor was out of its 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. The most recent A/C issue with the tractor is something the customer broke, temperature control knob, as well as having rodent issues with wiring and he expects us to fix this at no charge to him even though it is something he broke. We have offered on numerous occasions to fix the tractor and explained to him that he is over 2 years out of warranty and that he will have to pay for the repair. We have also explained to him that if we find anything that is related to the previous issues that he had and if Mahindra covers those issues under warranty that we would refund him what Mahindra covers. We feel that we have gone above and beyond what is covered under the manufactures warranty and at this point Mr. ***** has decided to end our business relationship and we wish the best of luck.

              My Tractor was out of the warranty because Knoxland waited for it to be after their limited 2 yr warranty. It's how they get away with not paying for repair. This is not a statup kind of place.
