      I paid Aspen dental 1120 May 2023 using my credit card. Aspen has yet given me the credit to my account. I've brought in the statement showing the payment on several occasions and they always so, we will handle this. I'm still getting a bill from Aspen with out the payment I made over a year ago.

      Services performed on 7/25/2023 and 7/26/2023 on the Aspen bill ****** SRP, 4+ Teeth, quad" and on the insurance claim as "Scaling/Planing 4+ Teeth". This was performed four times, each billed for $360. The claims from Aspen keep getting rejected by United Concordia Tricare Dental because, ************* has been rejected as the required radiographs (x-rays) and periodontal charting were not received. Your provider should resubmit this claim with the appropriate radiographs (x-rays) and periodontal charting."I have called monthly to ask for an update and see if new claims have been filed with proper paperwork and as a response, I am told they will file again. Each month, I keep getting a new bill from Aspen with no progress on submitting the required documents to United Concordia to make a proper claim. It seems the insurance and billing departments do not talk to each other at Aspen Dental, but I have done everything on my end.

      I wish to not have this closed yet as it is the 10th day and I am responding that a solution has not been reached.

      On 8-25-23 I brought my son ***** **** to Aspen dental in W. Lebanon N.H- to have his 4 wisdom teeth pulled. When I gave Angelica F****** the bank check she said the check was an overpayment of $283.00 which I never received. I called Aspen several times and spoke to Desiree S**** several times with no luck. The last time we spoke, she said she gave it to the District Mgr. I have for the run around more times than I can tell you. Please help, I am sending you a copy of the bill, copy of my check + a copy of the mgr business card. Thank you

      I had new dentures made by them between 01/12/24 and 01/30/24. At the time, Aspen offered a twenty percent discount on new dentures; the offer was supposed to be in effect until 03/31/24. They did not give me the discount and they will not return my calls or respond to other requests for a response. They owe me $787.60 (twenty percent of $3938).
