I bought a 2021 Ram 1500 bighorn in March of 2021 brand new and bought a 7 year or ******* mile extended warranty back when this dealership was in *********** ** before they sold it to *****. I traded in my truck on 10/18/2023 and was told from ***** that I would automatically get a check back from Summit for the left over warranty but I never did. So I contacted Summit at its new location via email on around 12/28/23 and confirmed it was the replacement of the summit in *********** **. It became a small used car lot and car mechanic shop. So I had close to 3.5 or so years left on my warranty and ****** miles left on my extended warranty. I am trying to get the money left over from my warranty after all the time I have put in trying to get in touch with them. I emailed with ******************* and he said he would help me out and asked for the odometer statement so after getting one from ***** where I traded my truck in I sent it over. Then he asked for bill of sale which I don't know why he needed it since I thought I could end warranty whenever I wanted but I sent him what I believe was the bill of sale type paper on January 3rd. I didn't hear anything for 5 days so I emailed again just checking to see if he got my email and he said he did and "We are processing it and will be in touch very soon" on January 11th. I didn't hear anything for a little over a month so I emailed on February 14th saying hi just checking in because I haven't heard anything. No response so emailed him again February 23rd, Feb 27th, 28th, 29th and all no response. So I called this past Monday March 4th and talked with someone and he said he would have **** call me but I still haven't heard anything back. I am getting a little irritated and don't know what to do. So I am hoping BBB can help me out. I think they should pay me more than I originally was supposed to get back just because of the hassle they have put me through. Thanks if you have any questions please call me.

Our apologies for the delay in getting Mr. ***** cancellation request processed. The contract provider has the cancellation request from us and we will forward ************ his refund as soon as we receive it. I would expect the reimbursement from them in approximately 21 days.
