I looked at the Fine Art Products website and I ordered a nightlight of a Monet painting--Japanese Bridge [IL531] in April 17 or 18, 2023. I authorized a payment of 24.00 for the light and 2.95 for shipping. On Apr 18 I received a receipt ******* indicating the order was received and the item shipped. Since then nothing. June 11 I reordered the same item for the same price and again received a receipt ******* indicating the item was shipped. But nothing has arrived to me except the email receipts. So, I have ordered and paid for two of the same item; yet nothing has been sent to me, though the receipts each say it was shipped. I tried telephoning but always was transferred to an ad offering a life alert item which I did not want; then the phone call was disconnected. After several attempted calls, my number was blocked. I sent at least 12 emails to *******@fineartproducts.com or *****@fineartproducts.com and received no response; now my emails are blocked or returned as undeliverable. About a week ago I sent a letter to their address giving this same information with copies of their emails to me which indicated the items had been shipped. So far, no response has ever been sent to me. I am really frustrated as I receive no responses to my queries and yet I have paid for two of the nite-lights.Initial Complaint

Ordered checks over a month ago.. even paid extra for a rush delivery .. still haven’t received them .. don’t know if there still in business or not .. gonna go to the bank and see if they cash the check I sent them …Initial Complaint

Ordered checks back in June 2021 and never received. Check was cashed and no response or mailing of my checks. I use this company for years bc I like the artistry. Still waiting and it's been 4 monthsInitial Complaint

I Purchased a night light online from fineartproducts .com on May 27 2021. The night light does not work at all. I have emailed four times and sent messages from the website. I have also tried calling the number they posted on the website and the mailbox is full. The listed number is 1-***-***-****. This has been going on since June. I want a reimbursement of $28.90 which is the cost of the product. I also want to warn other buyers that this company is not trustworthy should you have a problem with their products.
