On March 16, 2023 I entered into a consignment agreement with Second Amendment Arm to sell a H&R M1 Garande Gun listed for a potential prices of $1,500 with Second Amendment receiving a 10%. In August I was verbally advised the gun was sold for $900.00 resulting in $810.00 being due to me. For 3 weeks I attempted to receive my phones by calling and going directly to the store but the store was never open. September 19th I began to start a text change with Mike and was told to come to the shop which he was never at, then was advised the check was in the mail and as of today October 11th I am still being told the check is in the mail. This is clearly stealing as he sold an item and has not paid out what is due to me. I acted in good faith and would expect him to do the same. I've attached the text string showing I have attemptes to get a hold of Mike and his lack of resolving.Customer response

On August 23, 2022 I put a deposit of $1000 on my Chase credit card to Mike at Second Amendment Arms for the purchase of a Colt A4 firearm. On August 31, 2022 I gave Mike another $175 on my Bank Of America credit card for the purchase of a SIG Romeo 7 red dot. Both of these purchases total $1175 and were for the full price of each item. Several times in September 2022 I called Mike to get a status update on my orders. He assured me that they have been ordered and gave me false dates several times that they would be delivered to him. On or about October 2, 2022 I called Mike and asked the status again and if he could have the vendor provide me with the tracking information so that I could follow the progress. Mike assured me that the items are shipped and that he would contact the vendor and provide my contact email address so that we would both get an update on the items. On October 5, 2022 at 1:24pm EDT I called Mike and left a voice mail for him to return my call as I have not received any information from the vendor or himself yet. I had no return call on October 6, 2022 from Second Amendment Arms. On October 7, 2022 at 10:14am EDT I called and asked Mike on the status of my orders. He said he has not heard anything back himself and got no tracking information. I then told Mike to cancel my $1000 Colt order and to refund my money to the credit card of purchase and to cancel the SIG $175 order and to refund my money to the card of purchase and don't make me escalate this to the Better Business Bureau of NH. He told me he does not keep clients money, I said thank you Mike, he then said he would refund my money. I said thank you Mike and hung up. It is now Thursday October 13th and I have not been refunded any money from Second Amendment Arms. I feel my $1175 has been stolen by Second Amendment Arms. Please help me BBB to get my money refunded NOW.
