I originally signed up my daughter for dance school and was told if she becomes uninterested I would be refunded my tuition. Because of this, I decided to pay in full $500. After two weeks of classes my daughter no longer wanted to continue so I reached out to the dance school and asked for a refund as promised. After the exchange of many emails they have refused my refund. I have since been charged another $50 (months after my daughter quit) from this institution and when I reached out to ask about what the charge was for I didn't receive response. This is extremely frustrating as I was tricked and lied to in order to sign up and pay in full. I would've never registered to begin with or at least not paid $500 upfront if I knew they couldn't refund me. I've tried to communicate with this business multiple times and I've gotten nowhere. I'm hoping the BBB can help me.Business response
