i have property (dba ** ****** st llc) at ** ****** st ***** nh where i rent a dumpster from stateline waste management for waste service. I've had problems with stateline from day one(over three years) with them picking up trash on time, causing me to climb in dumpster and pack it down to keep trash from flying all over my property which i have to pick up. I was auto pay, never missed a payment. ive called ********** and complained dozens of times, they never called me back or emailed me ever, this past November2021, pickups got even later 3to4 days late. i got a call from office manager(don't remember her name) telling me they would empty the dumpster a day late(which ended up being 4 days late)this was my November 2nd, pickup date), i called and complained again, i had to climb in dumpster to pack it down and pick up trash on my property, dumpster got emptied over weekend. next cpl pick ups same issue. on december 3rd, I receive a letter stating they are bought out from Casella waste (*** ******* or **********) out of salem NH. I emailed back expressing my frustration and disappointment, with no improvement at all over the next cpl pickups, just before new year. I emailed them again after trying to call several times expressing my frustration, explaining my situation having to pick up trash and climb into dumpster to pack it down. now I ask them to take me off auto pay. they responded "got it done!" in January my dumpster is not pickup on time i try calling, cant get through. I send an email complaining, no reply, nothing at all. another week goes by january 19 i send them an email explaining that since my complaints are not resolving anything, them being 8 days late to empty dumpster which ive had to climb in again to pack down and pick up trash on my property, i was cancelling their service and for them to come take their dumpster. they responded "we will close this out" i called Casella to complain, no resolution. this is just not right!!
