The new property manager ******* refuses to acknowledge the disaster of a concierge package room ! She feels its not her problem and has no plan to attempt to resolve the disgusting mess that it is! She feels its ok that shippers dump our paid for packages all over the room, not use the lockers, no organization its not even ************ like it hasnt been mopped since the old property manager left. People are losing packages and hundreds of dollars in merchandise left and right and she states its not her problem ! And had no plans to attempt to rectify it or make it manageable ! She also states her receptionist/employees will take no part in that room! What a nasty woman ! We pay thousands of dollars in rent ! Hundreds in amenity fees, we paid an initial fee to use those lockers and we get told too bad that its our problem for not picking up packages !??? What!??? What kind of property manager are you that you have no desire to make the so called luxury apartments (old a** outdated pics on the website ) livable ! The halls are filthy no one vacuums anymore barely ! No one answers the front desk anymore ! Maintenance good luck getting someone ! People park all over in your spots which is a disgrace ! ******* has come into this property with a boss attitude but we are paying citizens ! If I place an order and spend $200 and its thrown into a filthy cluttered unorganized concierge room and it goes kissing who is responsible!?? We gonna blame me for not picking it up ? I havent left a package in there more than 24hrs ! And we cant except Amazon or ***** to sit there and deliver properly when its a dirty mess ! The previous manager had a wonderful system and made the best ! The room was CLEAN and as organized as possible . She cared about her residents I spend too much money on rent to be told too bad ! Im sorry but as the manager You have a responsibility to improve living conditions within the community otherwise what is your purpose ?
