            T&S Contracter gave us an assurance about installing our house deck using composite materials and details were detailed out on paper. Owner ***************** demanded partial prepayment even before permit for township construction approval was submiited. He kept bluffing since may 2022 that he would complete the job within 5 days of permit approval and since then he has been continuously bluffing and demanding more and more payments. Till date he has not completed half the job and has taken 95 percent of the payment from us already. He has bluffed, lied and misrepresented about everything about materials to time-table to how he will finish the deck. For the last 5 months he has stopped working on the job, doesnt reply to texts, doesnt respond to phones and now refuses to keep working. He has bluffed, taken money literally stealing and refuses to continue working. We think he has bluffed other customers as well and taken money from them and after taking money in advance, refuses to work on their jobs as well

            T&S Contractor I hired ***************** to do some additions, adding a fireplace, and changing some *************** throughout the first floor of my house in March, 2022. He said the jobs will take 6 weeks. Since I never did this before, i gave him the funds as he requested. He came back in April for more money. I gave it to him and then I have not heard from him again until June, 2022 to ask for more money. He showed up for a bit then started slowly not showing up but only for prepayments which was not clear what it was for. I kept calling & texting him to come and he had the nerve to tell me he will drop by when he finishes "this small job I just got". It is now June 1, 2023 and he still DID NOT finish the projects and he took all my money. He has made up so many excuses as to why he hasn't shown up. The price he gave me included ************** now says materials are were not included. I now see that I am not the only one he taken money from and stopped showing up. I want him to finish what he started. I told him when I hired him, he was fulfilling a dream for ******* family. I guess that meant nothing to him. Actions speak louder than words. He is a disappointment.
