This company is fraudulent. Their cash flow projections are far from reality. I have $150000 invested for more than 2 years and have had 1 quarterly distribution during that time. Do not be foolish with the positive comments they are only representing those who have just made there initial investments. The setup is for the investor to receive their first quarterly distribution and generate a positive comment and then everything shuts down afterwards. And now you are left with a non performing asset and stuck hoping that you can at least cash out with your initial investment at time of sale of the property. These are not good people!!!
