            BBB unable to locate business
            Purchased a robotic vacuum in 2021 had the unit replaced they advised it was an issue with that model. Now one year after receiving the upgraded model. This unit is the same. I think it is crazy to spend so much money and get one pool season from a unit. I am looking for someone to reach out and fix this issue. Have emailed and received no response. I have the mamba pool cleaner

            I purchased a pool robot made by this company in May 2021. After using the vaccum, I noticed small particles were not being collected and the owners manual offers an upgraded basket that can be purchased; however, nafter leaving messages and emails for a year....nobody ever returns a call. Now this year I go to use the robot and it will not power on. Luckily, the pool store where the item was purchased replaced the defective power supply, as it was under a year old. Unfortunately, I tried again to purchase the basket but can't get anyone to return a message. The unit has a two year warranty but is probably as good as the paper it's written on! I will never by another product from this company.
