      Company was hired from our insurance company to handle water damage mitigation, as well as reconstruction of the downstairs of our home due to a sewer line collapsing/backing up. Servpro 3rd party contracted another company, Thermal Home Solutions, to facilitate the work on our home. Thermal damaged office furniture and broke blinds in the home, in the amount totaling $250, and Servpro moved furniture into a storage unit on premises to clear up work space in the areas being reconstructed, and resulted in damages to multiple bookshelves and couches, with additional work not completed, totaling in the amount in excess of over $800. One contractor from Thermal was fired from our jobsite due to negligence of destruction of furniture after being told not to put construction equipment on them, with the end result of the office furniture unable to be used and requiring full replacement. Servpro damaged bookshelves which are unable to be used, took multiple chunks out of side tables we had in our home, as well as stained/damaged two couches at the have, and after giving them the full price breakdown for replacement/cleaning amounting to over $1000, they are stating they only can offer $650, and after pushing back stating that would not cover close to the amount of damaged/replacement costs, they stated they are not a moving company and things "just happen". I have tried to contact our construction contact at Servpro, *****************, and he has not been emailing me or calling me back, after attempting to contact him multiple times, and leaving multiple messages with office staff to call me back, and is downplaying the damage he has caused in our home. Also having an at *** two week home reconstruction job now spanning into the almost 8 weeks.
