The other review is incorrect. This lady specified that she needed 3 different switches in each room. One for the fan light, the blades and 1 for the recessed lights that were installed. She never informed the contractor that she was buying remote fans that need a hardwire, thus eliminating 2 unnecessary switches. She never notified the contractor and dropped the fans off after all wiring was installed everywhere. When the contractor went to hook them up, he realized this and informed her of this. She flipped out and blamed him, even though she bought the fans and said nothing about that important piece of information. She also had 67 change orders on the job and kept taking money off that wasn't agreed upon by both parties. Contractor installed the whole kitchen. She didn't like her design, so she asked to rip it out and have it re installed and didn't want to pay anymore stating she was already paying enough and it should be covered. So basically her mistakes should be covered by the contractor. Haha. Okay lady. The material taken back was paid for out of the contractors pocket, thus why no charges were filed and insurance told her to kick rocks. She was also behind on payment and the money she gave the previous week was to pay for the carpet and padding, which is why it went back when the contractor left the job site. She was behind on payment for labor $17k which was promised the previous week, but not paid because she was waiting on money to be released. Contractor was tired of being yelled at everyday and not getting paid, so he walked off the job. Also, his employees were doing work for her behind his back when he wasn't on site, which is why they were all fired as well. Contractor returned all materials he paid for and nothing that was paid by her. Nothing came from this and she lost money on the house. Contractor was smarter and cut his losses and got tired of waiting for pay so he walked off the job as he should. Next time tell the truth lady. You lied!!!!
