Disrespectful and rude welcoming, the lobby was empty when we arrived, so we standing at the front as we still to understand anything so we found the receptionist telling us come, when she asked for the name and we provided to her for our reservation she said not now,then she asked I a rude way if we want to check in now we need pay 25$ we said for what is that for she said for checking in. so we said ok we will wait, while we were leaving her, she talked in very bad attitude and the weirdest way I have ever heard, next time when you come you dont stand in this line, my husband was very decent and said ok as he was very shy from what she said, Also my Husband tried to talk to someone working in the hotel was coming out from the *** place but he didnt even stand to listen for him, WHAT IS THAT?? fast forward, we came back checked in rooms wasnt ready so we had to wait while we are having a baby 2 years old it wasnt a pleasant experience finally we get to our room after waiting. Now lets talk about the room experience: the cleaning at the hotel very bad, we know its a big hotel but this is not reason for not cleaning the room, sheets is not clean in fact we took a picture of it we tried to call the housekeeper no answer. next day we found a person that clean rooms on the floor so we nicely asked if she can clean our room and we tipped her. We left to mind our own business and we came back yet she change the bed sheet she left the floor uncleaned didnt replace the ammonites nor anything we tried to call same thing no answer We tried to ignore that, now lets talk that we tried to use the swimming pool - no one told us on the phone when we made the reservation and specifically told them we have a baby and no one told us the pool not allowed for kids if we knew from the beginning we was not going to make the reservation, HONESTLY ITS THE WORST STAY AT THE HOTEL. For Sure will not recommend it for anyone and will post it on TripAdvisor.

On 10/9 /22 I stayed in the ******* hotel for 1 night. The room's carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. Behind the bed post were spider webs. In the bed were hair particles. And in the bathroom was where we saw roaches. After 24 hours and a follow up to the hotel manager, I am still waiting to hear back from someone to address my concerns.

We stayed here for two nights in the ****** Tower and we will not be going back. The last time prior to this stay we stayed at Resorts Hotel and had a much better experience. Ballys is dirty - our room had about 2 inches of dust on everything- the rooms are outdated and dirty - housekeeping doesnt clean your room throughout your stay - there are no fresh sheets or towels during your stay - this was our first and last experience here. I do not recommend.
