Stayed in the hotel/casino many times, thought it would be a good idea to go with family members since we had good experiences in the past. I booked two rooms on a holiday weekend. When I checked in (before 2pm) I was Told one room was ready and in order for us to have rooms next to one another I would have to wait a while for it to be cleaned. No Problem!, dont mind waiting at all, being that my wife and I came with another couple (sister and her husband) we would like to be next to one another, or at a minimum close by. You would think that isnt a lot to ask for, apparently when our second room was ready it was at the complete opposite end of the floor of the first room that was checked in already, and it was a Completely different room from what we booked. Ok small Hiccup, but it can be fixed right?.. Nope, after wasting more of our time at front desk we were connected to VIP. What a joke that was as well, first ******* in VIP was giving my wife attitude while trying to explain the situation, nothing was resolved, I tried to speak with ******* as well, didnt go very far because ******* then hung up on me. So here we are stuck in our room, other room is the wrong room, SUPER frustrated because we at this point would like to eat, maybe go to the casino and start enjoying ourselves but cant. So we try going to guest services (again), spoke to someone, who spoke to someone else who spoke to a Manager ****, it seems that **** had some trouble helping us as well, he was finally (after some begging and complaining) able to give us a room (a room correct to what we booked and paid for) on a different floor, Ok fine. Problem is, the borgata elevators are set up to only allow you to your own floor with access using your room key.. we couldnt go to our inlaws room and vice versa throughout our stay since we only had room keys to our room and unable to have access to other floor!!, was a horrible experience!!Never again!! All around mess and the 2nd star is only because they kept me coming back w 2 small jackpot in a row . ***y paid but over paid apparently because i owe them $45 that just stays on my account. Idk . I never heard of such a thing. I took no credit line with them. Yet, they offer me a $10 bday thing that loads no problem. A nice surprise so I go to games (all interactions are online btw) the games all start but say internal error. So i tried to chat w them, i have to log back in... Blocked for security reasons, contact support. To week. ***ir online chat is the worst ive ever used. Its tying into air. Just u and u alone and then it says reps are busy... At 1am, 6am, 4pm, 10pm. Hire some reps but it takes 20 mins between each message before u hear from the ** again Who doesn't understand much. So my bday thing is expired, i owe 40$, idk how and I'm blocked w no cs support. Actually twice i talked to a rep. *** one told me they emailed me to email them my id card and id hear back in 2 days. Nope. 4 days later and here we are. ***y never emailed me about that. Not in spam or anywhere. ***y paid jackpots, no problem! Whats the issue now? ***n they emailed me they got an email i submitted instead of live chat and said they would get back to me in 2 days too... 4 days ago, again. Cant reach them. ***y dont want ur money!!!! Or prepare to lose it if anything glitches and it will. *** geo location barely catches... After u deposit. It says ur offline. Im online all the time. No lag. I have too strong of connection. But a few casinos.. this and draftkiings, they bump u off constantly. ***y are just stealing. U got the taste of win. Seek help just in case because it will be more rewarding then playing here. At least have a thrill and an actual ****** if u can stick w it.. u might win that wayReview from Joan R

I booked my room over the phone with my MGM Rewards offer for freeplay and resort credits. I was told when I booked my room that I did indeed have a $100 resort credit. When I checked in again I was told you have a $100 resort credit you just need to charge your dining to your room and your resort credit will cover your meal.Low and behold when I checked out I suddenly didn't have a resort credit and was charged $97 on my credit card.After arguing with the front desk manager he removed half the credit card charge. However I was still charged for $50 because suddenly I didn't have a resort credit.My freeplay same problem, no one could help me with the freeplay offer of $150.My room had mens underwear, socks and dirty washcloth left behind. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so another trip to the front desk to ask to have someone remove the soiled items from my room.So moral of this story, I had to pay $50 in place of my missing resort credits, I did not receive my freeplay offer and obviously my room was not cleaned very well, when I found men's underwear and socks and a dirty washcloth.I just want my resort credit to cover the rest of the credit card charge. I won't even complain about the freeplay offer that I was supposed to receive, but didn't get.Review from Marya M

I signed up for *** rewards card and saw they had great room rates at the borgata hotel I booked for 2 nights the price was $99 I thought what a steal I arrive check in 300 was taken I wake up look on my app to be told I owe another ***** they are thieves and never trust them I will never book here again nonetheless they took money they never made me aware I had to pay you cant take money without telling someone exactly how much the employee told me they could its their policy I dont work for the hotel how would I know that never never book at borgata casinoReview from Vonya L.

I reserved a room for four nights and planned it a month in advance. When arriving I was told the remaining balance and a extra $150 per night plus a additional $350. On top of that they never refunded our $211.51. We never stayed at the hotel and spent 2 hours in the lobby because the manager kept changing the prices. Called to dispute the problem and was given bogus Manager names.Review from Nicholas V

Horrible app . Only app I deal with out of 5 other casino apps that keeps kicking me out of games due to being detected out of state . Mind you , it only happens to 2 games I play and win a lot . I tested this theory on the Borgata app with atleast 10 other games and had no issue but once I went back into the 2 games I mentioned , I get kicked out after one spin . I tried other apps with the same 2 games . Nope only Borgata kicks me out after 1 spin . Best bet is after to withdraw your winnings leave the app and never go back . I would avoid at all costs, they take your money then when you want some back freeze your account and make you jump through hoops they have no intention of letting you pass.. They demanded a photo ID which is reasonable and I sent it in over 25 times but it was never good enough no matter how high the resolution or wasn't positioned right. There was always an excuse, finally after several months of trying and an insane amount of scans and photos I gave up and demanded my account closed and they're keeping the money which I'm guessing is what they wanted all along.. There are so many better sites in PA to play I would avoid this one like the plagueReview from miz

borgata online poker gave me false accusation and froze my account which I have more than 800 bucks for more than half year Basically they stole my money I cant reach my account. One day they said I used a cheating app or device to cheat my location. They required me to submit a document which I have to say I cheated and i won't do it again.But I have never used these app and never left NJ during pandemic. So i sent the photo of my location lists from my iphone and said their geolocation system does not work well. Actually if you check the review of the app on IPhone store, you can see many people complained they kicked out during high stake game because of their defective geolocation system. not only **** several times reached by email and asked if i can talk to the manager. they never introduce a manager and keeps frozen my account. They are lucky to get 1 star. We I play the roulette America game Everytime I'm up winning money all of a sudden the number that come out are were I have a little bit of coins this happens Everytime. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I told them about so many times there answer is for me to do all the work to prove it. Which I need a computer for and don't have one . Why do I have to do the work for them . And when I play there slots, when I hit the spin button the frame keeps spinning and spinning and or it jumps screens and it seems like it does that when I'm about to get the third symbol to get the bonus. When I try to tell them, they say oh your from pa you have to get a hold of them. And that's is impossible I know I try and try. I call the number, and they tell me to leave a message what kind of casino does that. I thought casino was suppose to be fun. Well not that nightmare if a casino. Bottom line I list a lot of money that should have never happened. I can take loosing I get it it's a casino. But come on. I want some of my money back. I have all the times and dates that I played the American roulette game. This is very stressful to me. I'm so miserable because of the unfair casino . Please help me cause they don't answer or give me the run around
