On 12/21/2023, I called ********* for roadside service. A tow truck was dispatched from All City Towing. While enroute to a tire shop, going 35 mph, my car fell off the tow truck, blocking traffic and caused a considerable amount of damage to my car. I called All City Towing to report the incident. I was told that an appraiser would be out on 12/22/2023, at 12:30. I waited the better part of the day for the appraiser, being told each hour that he was on his way. By 2:45pm, I called again, this time I was told that the appraiser had come out, took pictures and determined nothing was wrong with the car. If the appraiser would have had the courtesy to call me to let me know he was here, I could have shown him the damage which was on the bumper and undercarriage of the car. I was told that it was a holiday weekend and no one would be able to come out until Monday. I told him Monday was Christmas. He then said someone would be out on Tuesday, 12/26. I told the gentleman that I was apprehensive about driving the car. Sight unseen he told me it was safe. In the meantime, on Christmas Day, I was driving East on the Atlantic City Expressway, and my bumper flew off my car. Cars had to go around it. The traffic was such that, I couldn't retrieve it. When I reached my destination I called 911 and a trooper had retrieved it and put it near the meridian. I had to call someone to pick it up. I have repeatedly called All City Towing and no one is answering the phone. To date, no appraiser has been sent out, and they are unresponsive. I would like to have my car repaired, and a rental car while it's being worked on.
