Order ****** i think the situation is almost ridiculous, and i must admit i'm really disappointed by the way elevatestyles are dealing it.In mid-May i contacted them AS SOON AS i received and unboxed the wig (which i ordered in April!) and noticed it is DEFECTIVE and provided my claim with images to prove it; I was immediately ready to return the defective item , but due to the late delivery of the packaging, elevates styles automatic reply system couldnt let me submit the request. My e-mails being ignored for weeks, the day after i wrote a negative review they finally discovered my existence and replied to me they were investigating the matter.. BUT THEN, THE DARKNESS AGAIN: Now it's more than 2 months that i try to contact Customer support and still no answer!!!I asked (and think i deserve) for a refund for my purchase, because i received a clearly defective item that cannot be used in any way but all of my emails or calls get IGNORED.

      This is stormi again. On order #****** Like I've stated,I've been emailing costumer service back to back and my emails Never been received. That is why i am not trying to TRY AGAIN and teach you guys back. I've been doing this for months and yes it was marked as delivered but that is my issue. That it was NOT received, you guys blocked my calls and now you are keeping my money on a order that I've NEVER GOT. I asked that you kindly issue my funds back to the original payment method.       We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced regarding your order #******. We understand your frustration, but as this order was placed last November and marked as delivered over six months ago, it is beyond the timeframe for requesting a replacement.

      I am rejecting this response because: there is "no policy of the elevate styles business that an item will have to be refunded in the 30 days time frame" although it does say contact us if there are any problems with your order in at least 30 days but I've did exactly that. You guys are reading over the fact that I've been contacting you guys constantly and constantly several times over MONTHS. That is why it went over the 30day timeframe due to the lack of support/communication you all provide and to say that guys cannot issue me an refund for the money that I've spent on a product that I've never gotten. Just because you guys are just now receiving my messages and see that it is over the "30day time frame." That is very unfair to reject someone of them getting their money back because an mistake YOU GUYS MADE. Due to lack of support/communication of the 30day time frame I tried to contact you all within this same issue now. Even towards the 6months now I cannot receive whatever I've spent on this company. I disagree VERY much.

      I believe the day after yesterday, I submitted a complaint regarding Elevate Styles refusal to ship the wig I purchased. They sent a bogus and non-descript tracking number. This is unacceptable.
