I purchased two suits from Dresstoshine. I received them 10 days ago, but was only able to try them this weekend because I wasn’t home. They looked totally different from the website and the material was cheap. I tried to contact them but couldn’t find an email from when I placed the order. I called them from the invoice and related I needed to return the items. I was told that I couldn’t return nor exchange after 7 days. I explained that such a strict and uncommon return policy should be clearly listed on the invoice and on their website. They had to walk me through the website to find the link to their return policy. I feel like they purposely hid the information to give customers no choice but to keep their products. I feel cheated. I will never purchase anything from them again.Initial Complaint

I ordered and was delivered a white church suit from the online company Dress To Shine around July 15, 2024, Elite Champagne Church Suit 6054 White/12 x 1. The box arrived without an invoice included. I observed the garment to be decorated with a fluffy decoration resembling feathers that I didn’t like, nor discern from the online photo. I attempted to contact the company immediately through email and phone number as they advertised; however, at this time no email response and only phone voicemails saying they’re on the other line. In the refund info there is only a small amount of days allotted for returns. Due to no response on their behalf this time has passed. Also, the return info states they will charge a restocking fee and warehouse labor fee (20% and 10%) along with the shipping cost not being refundable. I only noticed this AFTER the purchase. I see this as unfair and just want my money back and will not engage in business with them moving forward.Initial Complaint
