******* Altmajer, owner of make that call was contracted by to renovate my master bathroom for $15,000. He started on 9/6 for 1 day and then spent 9/8 doing demolition on the bathroom. Once completed he told me he could no longer work on the bathroom because I didn't have materials yet he didn't provide the layout or the specs of the materials I needed. I quickly got the materials because I have been unable to use my bedroom because of the renovations and I'm sleeping on the floor with my baby who sleeps in the room with me. I got the materials the next day and then he gave me another excuse saying he needed the shower parts and couldn't come back because I didn't have the shower parts. I rushed out that day and got the shower parts. His response was then he couldn't come back because I didn't have a tub. I expedited a tub and it arrived in 3 days. I now had all materials and he ignored me for a week with no response and then told me he was going on vacation and couldn't return for another 1.5 weeks. It is now a month and I have a demolished bathroom with no stable encasement and cannot use my bedroom. He is blaming me saying I didn't provide a layout when I have texts clearly stating he would provide that to me.In addition, his worker smashed through the floor and my downstairs ceiling which has a visible hole which is unsafe and unhealthy and despite asking multiple times he has not fixed it.I'd like to also report 2 other rooms he renovated in my house that he refuses to fix. He did my kitchen which has multiple drawers and cabinets that are falling apart that he refuses to fix yet I should still be under warranty. He also renovated my bathroom which has shower that has been leaking since day 1 and he refuses to fix it. I demand a refund for the work not. completed and to fix all the issues with the work he has done. He refuses to respond to any of my requests. I have paid him **** for little to no work done.
