      It has been 26 days since I placed my order on August 14th with Exederm for 4 tubes of their daily moisturizer for $67.96 (conformation #***M1Y1NE). My credit card has been charged, but no product has been delivered. I called Exederm's contact number ***************) on September 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th and left a message each time. However, no one has returned my calls. That is why I am contacting you today (September 9, 2024) and asking for your help in resolving this matter.I have used Exederm's products for several years and found them to be very effective. In the past I have never had problems with deliveries. I am frustrated that I have not heard from them. Their customer service seems to be nonexistent at this time.

      I purchased items from Exederm - two bottles of shampoo and two bottles of conditioner - on 5/10/24, totaling $51.96, order #*****. I tried both and they did not work out for me. Exederm's return policy is to send them an email within 30 days of purchase and they will provide a prepaid return label to send the items back. Once received, a credit would be arranged. So I emailed them on 5/17/24. I have heard nothing from them as of yet and it has been a week. I called on 5/21/24 and left a message (there was no one answering the phone). I called again on 5/22/24 and left another message (still no one answering the phone), saying if I did not hear anything from them by the next day, I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, so here I am. Prior to this, when filling out my order form, I did make a mistake typing my email address. I sent an email telling them about my mistake, hoping for assistance in righting things so I can receive updates about my order. I heard nothing back acknowledging this. I also tried calling to talk to someone but was unable to even then. I just want the prepaid label they say in their refund policy that they would provide so I can send my items back and have my card credited. I realize someone might be on vacation, but an auto-reply would have been nice if that was the case. I am concerned that it will go so long that it will be past the 30 days, even though I emailed them within that timeframe, so I believe I should rightfully be refunded once the items are mailed back, but I need the prepaid return label to be able to do that. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.

      I am trying to get ahold of someone at this company for a week now and no one will return calls or emails. Id understand if there were automated email replies saying theyre on vacation or what not, but nothing. At all. I need to return all this stuff I bought and have them trade it out. And two email addresses listed have not replied and I cant get ahold of anyone on the phone. I have tried all the extensions. I am very angry.

      On October 30, 2023 I purchased 4 bottles of the Exederm 8 ounce body wash. My total order was $51.96 so each bottle was $12.99. I received only 2 bottles. I have left numerous voicemails, sent emails and left a detailed message on their website. No reply. I'm done. I either want the 2 other bottles or a refund of $25.98. The order # is *****.

      Greetings, The date of this exederm order was November 27, 2022. To date, I have yet to receive the product ordered from exederm. Contacted customer service several times and have written multiple email to exederm regarding this order and have yet to receive a response, phone call, or the product. As a resolution of this issue, I would either request fulfillment of the product ordered and expedited (at no additional cost to me), or a full refund of the order.       I ordered product from this website. They never sent the product, but they kept my money. They have ignored my multiple communications to 3 email addresses and voicemails to 3 departments.

      This customer has received a full refund. We had no record of correspondence from this customer (although this may be due to staff changes). On investigating the last order shipped we can see from the **** tracking that it was neither delivered nor returned to our office. Apologies for the inconvenience.

      Regarding complaint 17502969

       

      We shipped the product. But according to tracking it was not delivered (or returned).

       

      Credited the customer directly for the full amount on 7/6, see screenshot from Shopify.

       

      It also looks like the customer got a chargeback from their bank !

       

      We consider this matter closed - please confirm that this is also the situation for BBB
