      I have an auto loan at first I thought by refinancing my car will be a good decision but I was wrong this company is non friendly in the auto department. I ask to have my vehicle taken and they refused and was rudely and hang up on me . The service is ridiculous and still bilking me and put insurance on vehicle without my permission which I can no longer afford so its not driven. I left messages sent emails and still no assistance. Scam customers

      There is no 0 star review otherwise I would. Portal charges $4.95 for debit card payments. To avoid this, you must add your checking/routing which is impossible "The system is not available at this time" I'm on my 3rd year of having a lease financed through FCU and I have yet to be able to make a payment without being charged $4.95. Look elsewhere even if they offer you great terms - it's not worth it. Worse company to do business with. They just proceed to tell you that you're doing something wrong when you're following their instructions step by step what a joke.

      These are the worst people to finance your vehicle from. I refinance my car with them and that was the worst thing I could have done!

      Paying off a loan You cannot pay it off online because their system will not let you pay the loan pay off amount if you then call, they want to charge you to pay off your loan. The customer service starts out by yes let me help you to because you are not paying online we have to charge a fee to only come back and say oh well I can't process you payment in this system I have to go to another system and that will more fee. I can see how they get an F rating. They get you anyway they can with fees.....

      Affinity Federal credit Union has horrible security tactics My husband's cell phone was stolen and whomever did this hacked into most of our accounts changed personal informations to where we were locked out of them affinity credit Union being one of them now we only use them for one purpose and that's for our auto loan That's it That's all we use them for we stayed locked out of our account with them for the better of about a month and a half and this whole time we had been calling them telling them that his phone was stolen personal information had been changed that we didn't change and they didn't do anything about it so these people ended up using this account of ours to unbeknownst to us cash a check via mobile deposit and all of a sudden when we tell them look we didn't do that we didn't deposit this check then the way they spoke to my husband on the phone was very condescending and accusatory and just downright disrespectful

      *** never missed one payment on my car loan, when it was stolen I waited for police to try and retrieve it but I had no choice but to file a claim on my insurance to pay it off. The car was found over a month later while I was dealing with insurance they reported late payment against my credit then when they received the pay off balance check affinity federal credit union reported that the car was repossessed.The insurance company then retrieved the vehicle a couple of months later still in good condition I was not able to get it back. I ended up getting all this that fell back on me when I did nothing wrong except get my loan through this company. Im pursuing legal action for falsely being reported of a repossession.

      No stars. Do not deal with these con artists. They will steal your property. They will repo your vehicle even if you make your payments and then after they take your vehicle still try to take money from your account. Thieves

      I wish I had read reviews before signing my loan, and that's on me. But the lack of customer service is atrocious. You cannot get a hold of anyone via phone, and their message center is a joke. They partnered with the company that I went with for *********** program as the premier provider of student loans and I mistakenly took their referral as a sign that they were actually decent. They have predatory practices and are absolutely horrible.

      They make it impossible to use your login to be able to review your your account and make payments. They have a verification process every time you login that requires you to get a code, that is ONLY sent after it expires, so you have to try again. When calling their customer service number for assistance, you then have to provide information that you would not have available, because it is in your account. So then you cannot get passed the automated system to get assistance to reset your login. I have worked with a couple different places for loans, and this is the only company that has been this difficult to make timely payments with. Easy to get the loan, hard to make payments or get support to make payments.

      Wish I would have read some of these reviews before I decided to give them my business. HORRIBLE Credit Union. Poor customer service, and I had extremely similar situations as those who have written before me. My car was repossessed, and then I had personal items stolen and no one wanted to even deal with the situation. They have messed up my bank accounts, my credit cards, every account that I switched over to them has been a nightmare. I don't understand how a company these days stays in business with this type of customer treatment and mistakes. ****** learned. The bad thing is, this review will do absolutely nothing, as anyone who is in any position to do anything, just looks at the bottom dollar, and as long as they're running a profit, who cares how they do business or treat it's customers. Somebody worded it perfectly when they said "Zero stars is too much for this company".
