• Returns:
  Shopping online may be confusing at times. Products may look different than imagined and on rare occasions arrive damaged. Since they want you to buy with confidence they offer 30 day hassle free returns. To process your own return follow the steps below and click here.

  Restocking Fee:
  When items are returned not in the original packaging a 15% restocking fee will be charged. 
  How soon will I get my refund?
  To ensure a prompt refund, returns must have a tracking number to track package.
  Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

  Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if return is not due to their error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use their label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  When returning an item, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They don’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.

  Late or missing refunds:
  If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
