On 1/15/24 a paver patio job was completed. The total after completed was almost doubled after it took two weeks to complete what should have been a projected 3 day job. In just 4 months the pavers have sunk in some areas and raised in others and have separated near the edges. The paver steps leading to my back door are also not level and are larger on one side and slope down on the other. Before we knew of all these issues, we again hired this company to install a small vinyl gate on our front porch on 2/23/24 again budged way under and added items to the price that was discussed during estimate but never added in to price until the end. Because of the fact that the contractor did not want to do the extra work, he attempted to put up a section of the fence that was completely different from the rest as far as height and style and width. This section of fence was almost 3 inches shorter than the rest and when I asked him to correct it he charged me for it. He also left holes and scrape marks in the existing fence and forgot to put on a ground cap for one of the posts. The gate was too long and as a result sagged and he had to put up a tension cord which looks sloppy. We scheduled a day for him to come back which was 4/12/24 to do another job including a paver walkway which was a continuation from the initial paver job as well as a set of steps and platform to my pool and he never showed up. Since then this company has not responded to any phone calls or text messages nor have they finished the work they started. I will now have to pay to correct the mistakes they made and figure out how to do so.
