We saw a leak around the water heater. And thought it was the water heater that was leaking. ***** son came and looked at the heater for less than 1 second and said our heater was shot. Water heater was replaced the next day. And then at night, we saw water all around the heater again. We found out it was coming from the boiler. So technically, we didnt have to replace the water heater. It was just the boiler that was leaking. We told **** the boss of the company and He came to replace a valve on the boiler to stop a leak and he said its too hot to have the boiler on and flipped the emergrncy switch to off. It got cold in a couple days and we turned on the heat. There was no heat even after we turned on the emergrncy switch. We called him for help and he said he was swamped and he was non responsive and he blocked **. I called his office. I texted/emailed and called his phone. There were no answers. I asked our house inspector and he said the emergency switch should never be turned off and he should have re lit the pilot which **** never did.

On 3/8/2021 All Clear came for a sewer backup. They dug up my front yard from my house to where the pipe met up with the citys. They installed a full-sized cleanout access. They filled the ditch with the dirt/pipe material saying it will level out with the rain. A year later it look like a rock/pipe grave. I called a minimum of three calls and two emails asking them to remove this excess dirt, pipe, rock from my yard. They replied in part saying it was just dirt with no action required. We have numerous pictures showing the piles of materials.

My Faucet Still Leaks, As Bungling Plumbers Keep My $342, and NEVER, Do the Job Right! All-Clear ripped me off on April 16, 2021, as I regrettably, paid them $341.20, to fix my dripping kitchen faucet. I got 2 "plumbers," **** and ***, who according to their invoice, installed new Delta seats and springs, which are "genuine parts." But my faucet dripped again, not even a month later! ********** failed me on their 2 return visits, that resulted in, my faucet resuming its leaking again! So, I complained again, several days ago, about my faucet still leaking despite my "1-year guarantee" shown on my April 16, 2021 ticket. And I got a NEW All-Clear bungler. This dude would not fix my leak! The dude said he would install a new faucet for me, should I buy the new faucet at ********** or elsewhere, and call him again so he may install it. I told him "just leave." And he asked me to sign something before he'd go. He wanted me to sign something stating I reject his "free-installation-after-I-shop-for-and-buy-my-own-new-faucet" offer! I guess he saw he needed to cover up his *****, to avoid confrontation with his boss man. But I told him I won't sign anything! I just needed him to leave! I gained a brief sigh of relief as he left. But I see now that I should escalate my All-Clear complaint! I will formally complain against All-Clear Bunglers with whoever may be able to bring justice to me.
