  the unit was /tested at a testing lab that i have been using for over thirty years in the aerospace industries and its has no working parts except a light heating this is a ****. 00 piece of equipment that was to help my health issue it never worked i never got back any response the day i recieved it for rma and by the look of it this group has taken more than my money i thinks it need to move from the bbb to the local district attorney just in the 40 complaint on the bbb that's in excess of ******** dollars for a snake oil myth this is a ripoff to tax payers and should be taken to see a judge just look at the response he never take a responsibility for this junk he has falsely promised would work

  Date of the Transaction : Date of purchase: December 21, 2022 Date of received the product: January 5, 2023 The Amount of money I paid: $659 *The retail price of the product should be $777 ( with an email proven what they sent me) **The retail price changed to $1110 when I wanted to refund it, and they mentioned that upon their policy, the refund needed to reduce by 30% of the retail price, so I can only get only $659 $333. ***If I need to refund that product, I need to sign up the *** form; upon signing the form, the form writes that I have to agree with their terms of condition about that product, which is retail $1110 and I have to agree to pay 30% of it for reduction. I said I disagreed, and they never replied. I have also asked to sign a digital signature on the *** form. I wondered what that was and never got a response. I have also sent them my hand-signed *** to confirm its correct. They never reply! ** I double-confirmed all in US dollars.His business commitment would provide customer service that I never felt. And I repeatedly requested how to get a refund and the refund procedures, but they never responded. I also make an appointment with them over the Internet and want to ask them how to get a refund. They never make the call. The business never tried to resolve the problem, I requested over seven times refund and no reply. As I said, the email is a HARD RECORD. ** After now, I sent them an email asking for a refund; they said I passed the 50 days ( their refund policy has to be within 50 days), And they counted it since my order day on Dec 22, 2022.

  Based on the website aetherformen.com, which is a rebrand of b-potent.com, I purchased a device that they claimed to be a sonic/ wave producing device to repair blood vessels. A number of times on their website it makes medical claims that aren't true. The device they are selling that I received is actually a US PRO **** DU3035, sold at ******* or amazon for $150, that is only a warming device for minor pain relief. The manufacturer themselves specifically say that the device will not help and should not be used for what aertherformen/ b-potent are claiming it does. I have tried emailing and calling a number of times for return and the only response I got was an email from a ********************* at aetherformen that I need to email ********************. I've emailed them a number of times as well and have received no response. They want to charge me $89 a month for almost the next year. I have no intention of paying that money to this scam. The terms mention returns are accepted up to 50 days if you are not happy with results. There are terms of service that are buried on the website that are hard to get to until you have made the purchase that has buried in the text that all return requests must be accompanied by a *** form. However the terms are all for a different company and thus invalid, and the link to the *** form doesn't work. So it's impossible to follow their instructions even if you wanted to.This is obviously a scam. They've been doing this for years and just rebranded themselves again to continue selling the same garbage while claiming it will do what a much more expensive device will. This isn't just wishful thinking, this is specifically misrepresenting a medical device.

  I purchased an acoustic wave device from Big ******************** ** on 8/31/21 , it was supposed to help with my ** issues. I purchased on a payment plan of $89/month for 12 months. The device arrived on 9/20/21. I followed the instructions, and after a month of trying, realized it doesn't work for me. The company advertised that you could return the product after a 40 day trial period. Their fine print states that you must obtain an RMA to return the device and go to bpotent.com/pages rma-request. When I did, it doesn't lead anywhere. After numerous attempts to contact the company through emails and text messages, they will not reply. I stopped payment on the card, to attempt to get someone to contact me. Now, a collection agency is trying to collect the money. All I want to do is return the device, I understand there is a restocking fee involved. I feel this company is falsely advertising their product with a return policy they are obviously not going to adhere to.
