I went to the print parlor over a month ago to have my 2021 dodge charger customized.With a custom military theme and custom lights.the owner informed me this was something he could do.And also would like to sponcer my car.After receiving half payment he informed me that he was not interested I'm a military theme that not everyone wants to see that and if we was sponsoring the car it had to be something different.after going back and forth and not agreeing on a theme I settled for a 2 tone wrap,the owner told me the he would have the car ceramic coated free of charge since I was not 100 percent satisfied. I left my car with owner and returned a few days later .when I noticed there was high spots and missing spots where there was not coating the car didn't look the way it should have the owner said he agreed and would have the shop fix it or he would replace the wrap no charge to me. I left my car again to come back 2 days later and it was worse then it was previously.at that point I called the owner and we would not return my call . I'm taking this step hoping this will be enough to have the owner stand by his words and work
