The decedent ******************************* passed 3.20.23. I purchased a crypt in the Mausoleum that my mom was placed in on 3.31.2023. Since that date, I have been calling to have the lettering placed on her crypt stone. No one ever returns my phone call or my messages. My mothers estate is about to be settled and I need to make a payment and get these letters onto her crypt. If I need to find an outside company to do the lettering, then I need it in writing from Berlin cemetery stating so. Thank you and be well.Business response

The *** does not have any information pertaining to an order for lettering. ******************************* has NOT contacted this office or has left any messages regarding the lettering of her mother's crypt. We've also left a message for her to contact us or she can simply stop in the office to arrange to have the letters ordered and installed. It's a simple solution to this problem, call or stop past during business hours to pay for the order. We don't have an issue resolving the matter but ******************** has to come in.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not get off work till 345 pm. I am hoping that the BBB will facilitate BCA taking my order via internet or refer me to a company that will take my order after hrs.
***********************. I did receive a text from ******* asking why am I lying. I just started working 4.26.23. I stoped by prior to that and they were closed and never answered my call. The line was mostly busy.

The Berlin Cemetery office hours are from 8am-3pm.
We do not have an online portal or payment system.
A text message was never sent to ******************** asking, "why is she lying", however a voicemail was left in efforts to attempt to reach ******************** in regard to resolve her complaint matter and stated that we don't have any missed calls or messages from her but would be happy to assist her with her order, but she has to come into the office.
Again, The Berlin Cemetery Association has no problem assisting her with the order as we understand the value in customer satisfaction, however, we can only accommodate her during operational business hours.

I am rejecting this response because:
I dont understand why I cant get one Saturday morning. My next vacation is in August and Im not sure given the travel situation that I will be back in town early enough to meet with you. Not sure why you can not take a check or allow another lettering ** to make the letters and deliver them to you. Were you open July 4th. I was off that day.

******************** wants us to be available during NON-OPERATIONAL hours to accommodate her request. Again, this could be resolved should she contact us or come in during our business hours which are 8am-3pm Monday through Friday. There is paperwork that has to be completed and signed by ******************** pertaining to the lettering. The office is not open on Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to ******************** work schedule, however, we are a business entity, and no one is here after 3pm Monday-Friday.
