This bakery is terrible. The owner lies. The owner takes people money and they do not get the product. I had a very bad experience. It was actually scary. She put her hands on me , pushed me and sprayed **** at me. I won a free cake went to pick it up and dour was locked and close sign was up. I never got my free cake and left and called the police department. Three officers showed up and took my statement. There are several reviews on ****** that states that people paid and did not get the product.

Beware!! I called and prepaid for a cake a week in advance and when I showed up at the time she told me to pick it up she told me it was not ready and to come back in an hour. This was the day of my sons baptism so I really didn't have an hour. We went back an hour late and it still wasn't ready. She told us that there was a power outage but funny thing is that no one else seemed to lose power that day. I respectfully said why did you not call or text me because that's how she likes to communicate and her response was "We can't reach out to all 15 customers we made a public morning post on ******** to announce our delay". I am sorry but I do not live on ********. Really bad business and I will never go back. I am on a ******** page of the town that this bakery is in and there are tons of others who had the same issues! She now refuses to refund any customer that this has happened to. Seems to be a reoccurring thing with her. She has now changed her name to TPS Bakery because of the bad reviews she has been receiving from so many people.

DO NOT GO HERE. The owner is rude, incompetent, and extremely arrogant. I went to this bakery on a Tuesday with my son who was turning 4. We needed cupcakes for his party, rainbow cupcakes without any artificial dyes. The owner Keeta was very happy to bake him 40 cupcakes to be ready to pickup that Friday. She fawned all over him, gave him free popcorn. She kept telling me they are open until 7pm and sometimes there later. I told her that was great but we would be there at 4pm Friday to pickup as the party is at 5pm. She kept talking about being open until 7pm. I again said we would be in at 4pm. She smiled and said ok. That was Tuesday. I arrived at about 4:05 on Friday and there was a line in the bakery. She moved very slowly. Finally, she asked me what she could do for me...she did not recognize me, had no idea what I ordered or when or how. I told her I ordered right there and paid in full via Venmo. She informed me that no cupcakes were ready. I couldn't believe what I heard. She offered no apology, she did not say "sorry for any inconvenience", she was extremely rude. She kept telling me to go to ******** then said the order may be ready in 20 minutes. I was obviously panicking since I was on my way to the party and had no cupcakes, I kept saying "what am I supposed to do?" She said it would be 20 minutes again so I said "Ok, get them, I'll wait.." and she said "NO." She decided she would rather refund me, tried to refund me $36 in cash, I had paid $100 via Venmo. She was looking through Venmo as I was in TEARS begging her to get my son's cupcakes. She then took off her mask and CURSED at me repeatedly, and THREATENED me should I leave her a bad review. She then threatened to call police as I stood there shaking in tears. My husband came in and she threatened him too. We left and got 36 random cupcakes at Whole Foods, we were late. She makes a habit of this behavior, just read her *********** reviews. I spoke with other patrons, they had similar experiences.
