            In 2019, we hired M. Rosenblatt Roofing to address the leak issue due to a failed stucco siding. Their team showed up, quoted me $3600 to paint the stucco surface with waterproofing materials. Later the leak issue remained and we requested multiple times for them to check again on the siding, they returned my calls and texts saying they would come back and take a look. Then we are in 2022 now, they never came back : ). Later we had another contractor to address the leak issue, they told us that whoever did the paint earlier, did it incorrectly by missing 2 required layers per the manufacturer's instruction. They also missed all the joints and beam seams which could potentially lead to more leaks into our wall. Will not recommend.

            In response to the inaccurate customer review, M. ******************************************* did in fact apply 2 coats of latex waterproofing onto the stated stucco wall area as designated in our proposal.In addition, we did respond to all calls from the home owner and did in fact attempt additional work to the affected wall area, event though there was no leakage warranty given with our work.After initial work where multiple wall leaks were previously prevalent, the home owner contacted us and stated that only one area above a window was, at times, still an issue. Though no warranty was ever implied, we attempted to resolve the remaining window leak on 2 separate occasions and did not hear from the home owner after our most recent attempt was made. Therefore, concluding the issue was solved.
