My husband and I were recently married in September 2020..shortly after we bought OUR FIRST home in December 2020. The house we bought had to have a water conditioner system installed by the previous owner before it could be sold to us. A company called Pure Water Solutions in Berlin ** installed the system November 2020. Fast forward to December 2021, we lived in our house for 1 year. I happened to go downstairs in the basement and noticed I had WATER AND MOLD in my basement from the line outside the house. The system recirculates every four days and the way they ran the line it sits so close to the house it has caused it to seep into the basement. I called the company to try to discuss with the owner since the woman who answered told me it showed in my chart that the owner was in fact the one who installed it himself. I have been calling since the end of December to try to get a call back (I have recorded phone calls), the first phone call his receptionist named ************************* up on me..and in more phone calls ******** also told me we cannot make him call people back hes hardly ever in the office we gave you options on how to fix the problemthe company did tell me they are able to move the line to a French drain (which they do not do so I would have to hire another company) or they could move it to my septic tank for an additional $300I explained to them I have no problem paying for the work or booking an appointment to have it done HOWEVER I have mold and water in my basement that was never there before from THEIR product that was installed by the ***** and I need to discuss how to fix this with him. Their response was we arent a mold removal service so youll have to call another company for that as wellI noticed yesterday the water isnt only running into my basement but is also flowing into my neighbors yard! now their yard is damanged, my basement is damaged & the owner refused to return calls! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ENCOUNTER EVER!!!!!!!!
