I placed an order with this company on Dec 2,2022, there is no record of this order on the website and i am also paying for this via Afterpay (i am filing a formal complaint with them as well) I have been in constant contact with them and no resolution!! Do not trust this company, i have lost $49 for an order they can't find

Hello.The order was abandoned at checkout. Likely what happened was that the customer was placing the order and selected the Attentive options for payment. This took her away from the site and she double clicked on a link so she wasn't brought back to complete her order. Attentive charged her for the amount but we never received the information from them that the order was placed.I will have a replacement set out.

This company has awesome product. I always had my nails done with the hard gel method in a ******** have had my nails done for over 30 years and wouldnt go without. I recently moved and couldnt find anyone to do them the way I wanted. So I ordered Revel powder and decided to do them myself. I ride horses and do farm work and they stay on without chipping or lifting for a good 3weeks. Thank Revel I love doing my own nails and with great product. All the colors are beautiful. *****

I always see apps on ******** and Instagram about Revel Nails and one day I decided to make an online purchase. I don't know what I was thinking I took for ever to buy I love doing my own nails. This product make them grow fast it doesn't damage my nails. I love when people ask me where do I get them done. ?

Such an amazing company with incredible customer service. I was accidentally sent the wrong shade so I emailed the company on a Thursday evening not expecting to hear anything back until next week. I got a response in less than 10 mins, an apology, and they immediately shipped me the correct color. It arrived Saturday. Best customer service from a company that I've ever received. Can't say enough good things!

Revel offers quality products and the customer service is outstanding! There were couple of orders where I received the wrong product and Revel representatives took care of the issue immediately and to my great satisfaction.

I placed an order on Cyber Monday, when a sale was running and I had an additional discount code. I then tried to edit the order pursuant to the instructions provided, because I wanted to add one more item to the order. The website's instructions said that to edit the order, the system would have to cancel the order and I would then have to simply resubmit it, so I tried to do that with the added item. But when I tried to apply the discount code I had applied successfully to the first order, the system told me that the discount code had already been used and was invalid--even though the order I used the discount code on had been canceled, meaning that the discount code was, in fact, not used. I emailed the company for help, and they got back to me after the Cyber Monday sale stopped running. They said that they could manually fix/apply the discount code, but they could not give me the separate Cyber Monday discount I had originally received on the first, canceled order, because the Cyber Monday sale was over at that point--even though I had both attempted to place the second, edited order and contacted them for help when the Cyber Monday sale was still running. The fact that they said they could manually apply the discount code means they are, in fact, capable of also manually applying the Cyber Monday discount. Rather, they simply chose not to. The solution they deemed appropriate instead was to give me 100 points, which I can use for $10 off their products, but only if the products aren't already on sale and if I spend a minimum of $20. The customer should not be penalized for the failure of the company's technology, and if they cared about customer service, the company would have honored the original discounts I was entitled to.

I am sorry that this happened. I am sure that the rep must have been confused because that isn't how this should have been done. I cannot see your contact information here but if you write into ******************************** and be sure to reference your prior interaction and say that you were supposed to ask for ****, I will have someone take care of the problem. Sorry again.
