Martin Rafferty owner of All-IN-ONE is charismatic in the beginning - sharing the local guy story and that he has a tremendous amount of experience. He gave a good price and started the next day. Initially - I was just interested in reglazing the tub, but then he pitched regrouting the entire bathroom and replacing the floor. Two of his workers showed up the next day. The glazed the tub and grouted the tiles. They said they were going to come the next day and they never showed. This happened 3 or 4 more times. They claimed they had truck issues - so I offered to pick them up. I told them I couldn't take a shower and Martin said "you absolutely can". This led to grout residue going down the drain...creating a huge problem. They came two weeks later attempting to snake the pipe. I saw them take out two sizable grout chunks - and Martin politely noted that they were at fault. He took the tub pipe out and consequently damaged the ceiling on the lower floor. He then changed his tune ...starting to blame the issue on faulty piping, hair and soap scum (when there was clear evidence of grout buildup). With promises to fix it (which he added may have an increase cost) - he and his team basically ghosted me. They say they are coming tomorrow - then never show. They did this repeated. On a phone call - Martin got nasty on the phone and hung up on me, He treated me like one of his workers - yelling at me. He continued to No show. I am four weeks into this with a mega plumbing **** and an unfinished project. I have evidence that he is at fault. Grout down the drain and leaving it is horrible and shows no respect for my home.He basically stole $750 from me - plus expenses to fix the problems they created
