I contacted the Dream house remodeling LLC for new roofing of my home. The guy named *************************. He checked and measured the roof and give me the roof color chart to choose from and gave me the estimate of $8000/- I choose the roof color and called him. He came next day for paperwork. We signed the papers and gave him a check of $3000.00 for materials as he was asking. Now Im calling him that when he will come. But he not answering.I think he is big scammer and wont be able to get my money back. Please help me out for this matter. ThanksInitial Complaint

On or about 12/20/2022 we met with ************************* of Dream House Remodeling of **********, ** at a property I own at *******************************************************. ************************* gave ** a verbal quote ($24,000) to repair the fire damage that had been done to our property by a fire that occurred in an adjacent property. On the basis of this verbal quote, we wrote a check to Dream House Remodeling for $9,000, the amount ***** requested to get started. ***** promised that he would start this work in January, 2023. It is now February. No work has been done. On 6 February, I spoke on the phone to *****. He promised that work would start yet that week (which ended 2/11/2023). Still no work. Repeated phone calls to ***** have not been answered and have all gone to phone mail.Initial Complaint

***** from Dream House Remodeling very promptly called me on December 15, 2021 and even showed up at by house to give an estimate for the replacement of the ***** vents in the attic. He got my phone number from a general phone number on goggle, I had called regarding replacement of ***** vents to get estimates. He gave the estimate of $600 for the vents and promised the job would be completed by mid January. At that time, I took him to be a reliable professional and gave him a check for $300 as deposit. After this time, I called and texted him several times either he did not pick up or kept telling me - I will check on the vents and get back to you! He never called back but when I got him again on the phone his response was I was about to call you. Finally after texting/calling, I got him on the phone on Tuesday March 22, 2022 and he told me he will come on Wednesday March 30, 2022 with his men to install the new vents! I tried to contact him on March 29, 2022 to confirm a time for Wednesday since I had to take time off to be home. Since March 22, 2022, ***** has not answered my calls or responded to my text messages! The last time, I texted him was March 31,2022 asking for my money back and also informed him that at this point, I do not trust him to finish the job!! It is April 12, ********************************************** return my deposit of $300. I just want my money refunded to me at this point - I have already found someone else to do the work for me.Initial Complaint

Dream House Remodeling was paid over $5000. to repair my roof. Work was not completed. I made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue. I have been told they would return to finish the job next week. This has bee going on for months.My contract began w/partial payment 4 April 21 final payment n full 27 May 21.
